This provider should not be practicing. My son saw her over a year ago... Places folowuo for a crown and filling... They cancelled the spot and never rescheduled. I tried calling and Summer is so rude. Finally reschedules but now needing more imaging. I call to say to confirm and the female cancelled him again. By far the worst experience I have ever had. And yes they told me Icould not go back with my son

Horrible practice. They are extremely rude. When I asked to accompany my son in the back they refused to let me go in with him. He is 5. They also cancel appointments so often its frustrating as a mom with a busy schedule. They let you know that you need to find a different dr as soon as you share a concern of yours. Do not waste your time like I did and look elsewhere

Horrible experience They canceled and Rescheduled my appointment multiple times. I have three kids and they would not let me in the back with my son. Very fishy. They kicked me out of their office and told me to find someone new all because I asked to go back with my son. They were very disrespectful. Stay away Do not waste your time

If I can give no starts I would.This is a place you do not wanna waste your time with The staff is very rude and disrespectful same for Dr.coloma. Beyond disrespectful. You let them know your concerns and they act like the care but they dont. Also for them to take kids as young as 5 and under in the back without a guardian is unprofessional and suspicious. This office should be given zero stars. Waste of time

Where to begin They gave me a hard time about going to the back with my 2 yr old and 4 yr old. Traumatized my 4 yr old. She refuses to get her teeth cleaned without me in the back now but they suggest I sedate her vs letting me sit with her. Constantly telling me to stop giving my kid juice all the time when she gets juice maybe once a month. Told me my daughter had 3 NEW cavities mind you I told her about these when we started seeing her a year ago when I went for a second opinion I found out she has 12 They put a cap on her teeth without filling the surrounding cavities. Its just not a good experience at all. I feel like she is just trying to wait for my kids teeth to get bad so we have to pay for expensive procedures. Im driving 45 mins there to be gas lit and for my concerns to be ignored. Im a young mom and didnt know better but listen to your gut people. Dont take your poor babies here. Arlene seems like a nice lady but is not a good dentist.

They have a 15 minute cancellation policy but lied about it being 10 minutes just to waste my time. This is the 4th or 5th time weve had a problem with this practice and today I decided that lie was the last straw well go elsewhere.

Dont go here. They dont like parents in the back. Besides that they sealed my kids loose tooth which fell out the next day and wanted to charge me insurance to examine a sealant that came off as well less than 24hrs later. It seems like this place is just fraudulent.

We have traveled far to keeping her as our pediatric dentist She is sooo wonderful and really great with kids My daughter had a traumatic experience at the age if 2 25 years ago and we found Dr Coloma. We have followed her even when she relocated to her current locations. I also have an autistic child that does great with her We love her

Dr. Coloma has been our dentist for over 15 years. She is simply amazing My kids love her Her and her staff have been so patient and understanding with our son who was terrified of the dentist. She is always smiling and happy every time I highly recommend Dr. Coloma

I have three boys all on the autistic spectrum who have been seeing this dentist and her assistants for years now. We definitely feel comfortable. We feel accommodated with locations and times for appointments. We feel theyre FUN The quality of their dental care and technique used on special needs kids is very trustworthy and assuring for parents. I highly recommend them.
