We started using AZA for my oldest when he was 3 for ABA and hab which was 7 years ago. For many years we were incredibly happy. We have since started bringing our youngest to their new EV clinic for OT. The process to get him enrolled and scheduled was a nightmare same with when we had my oldest start OT. The billing for our youngest has just been a mess. We were private pay initially and that went fine but when we switched to insurance it has been one issue after another. We keep getting told different information regarding what we will owe. First it was a 35 copay. Next its that just the first 3 sessions are 100 and the rest will be 35. Theyre supposed to be invoicing and charging on a monthly basis but now we just received an invoice for 3 months of each weekly session being 95. There isnt a single bit of communication about a change of cost and what is going on. I continuously have to follow up each and every time something isnt correct. Then when I do hear back I end up having two people telling me two different things. Im honestly ready to be done. As a provider who bills insurance I would never do this to a client. I gave 3 stars as the treatment is wonderful but the billing department and intake department leave much to be desired.

I had a call with one of their diagnostic reps and she was very friendly and informative. She provided me with numerous resources and information to begin my journey with ASD. I appreciate what they do and the help they provided me.

AZA United is the BEST We totally hit the jackpot with this incredible nonprofit that serves our family and so many other families in need. When our child started attending here we faced so many challenges. With the inclusive approach of AZA United we receive ABA Therapy Speech OT and Parent Coaching in a one stop experience Our entire family is embraced and accepted here. From the leadership team to the newly hired staff--this is the group you want to work with and the place you want to be. There are not enough words on the page or minutes in the day to express the level of gratitude we feel toward AZA United and the professional team thats doing the hard work. We are a better family and the world is a better place thanks to AZA United. Pay close attention to other autism therapy organizations. Most are for profit. Being a nonprofit is truly important. Sign up for services and get more information today. Its worth the wait and a wait is normal in todays environment. So get on the list and get your child signed up for services with the best of the best

My son had been receiving services from AZA United since he was 4 years old he is turning 14 this December. When he was diagnosed I was scared and unsure on what the future will be. Throwing a ball getting on the swing ridding a bike being potty trained using scissor writing his name drinking from an open cup were incredible hard tasks for him even scary ones.We had the blessing to be approved for Hab-Master and a whole team from AZA began playing nice way to tell a child that had to work several hours on developmental stuff with my son. They prioritize not just the development skills but on the happiness of him and baby step by baby step he reached his full potential thanks to the love care and friendship from the providers he has they saw my son beyond of a child with a disability for AZA my son was a human being not just with the right of belonging to this world but with the capacity to do great things and being happy at the same time. There would never be enough words to thanks every single person at AZA for the professionalism the knowledge and all the love that had been spread to my family specially for my prieto de fuego.Their labor never ends since we as family became part of the team learning techniques that help Mateo to hang in there to be happy on this place that we call world.THANKS AZA

I am continually impressed by the passion enthusiasm and commitment to patients that the AZA United team demonstrates. Leadership has continued to innovate to meet not only the needs of patients but also the needs of families and caregivers. AZA United has done a tremendous job of both expanding its breadth of services to include counseling speech and language therapy etc. as well as its geographic reach to provide as many families as possible with services and supports. Thank you to the AZA United team for all of the wonderful work you do

I am lucky enough to have found an agency that not only has supported my child but now provides a place for me to do what I love. I have a teen who has received services through several organizations over the years. The amount of support hes received from AZA United has brought so much comfort for me as a parent. As my son became a teenager we noticed a shift in behaviors and a drastic increase in aggressiveness towards his family members. Once the Clinical Family Coaching team stepped in they were quickly able to identify the concerning behaviors as well as what motivates him. It wasnt long before we could tell we were getting our son back. The team worked a lot with me and coached ME on how to address the behaviors and I can still hear the coachs voice in my head when Im asking my son to complete a task. Thanks J After successfully completing CFC we were able to start an ABA program to continue to address life skill acquisition. Though we just started the team has listened to my concerns and is following through with everything. I couldnt be happier to have found this level of support for my son.

As a school principal I know first hand the positive impact Arizona Autism United has had on families with children diagnosed with autism. Many families feel lost when their children first receive this diagnosis and I have directed them to this organization. Families have shared that Arizona Autism United has given them hope and guidance and they are forever grateful. I attend the Arizona Autism United Luncheon every year and donate to this organization because of all they do. Hearing the stories of families that have received support from Arizona Autism United is so impactful. Arizona Autism United changes lives

Arizona Autism United AZA has been amazing with my son since diagnosis when he was almost 3 years old and still at 13 years old We have received Speech Therapy ABA services and Clinical family Coaching program for behaviors that later occurred. My son can now express his wants and needs and we were able to learn how to help when difficult situations would happen. My son loves to play soccer swim and go on many outings without any difficulty. We are so grateful for everything we have learned and all the tremendous support they continue to give us. Have no idea what we would of done without the amazing staff at AZA
