Every time we call this place to speak with someone about our daughter it seems we get the run around and her therapist is always busy. We barely get answers its like these people are here just to collect a paycheck and do no real work. Our daughter calls and doesnt seem as though she is stable at all so this means shell come right back home with the problems. What are you all doing because to me it seems youre doing nothing. Need to get all mew workers and people who care aboutore then a paycheck. POOR SERVICES

This place deserves 0 stars. My son was there almost 2 weeks for his mental illness. He came out worse then he went in. No communication what so ever everytime I called they couldnt speak with me left messages for a call back never got that either. Its really ashame the mentally ill cant get any good help.

Its a good hospital for detox. A shout out to Tamika and Marymar. They made my last day a joy.

Horrible customer service. Extremely dismissive and rude. Doctor was nice though

Friend was told she is ready to go. Arrived from Moultrie. Staff that answered the buzzer at the door were rude. Waited 10 minutes and no one came to the door. Called the number and a female answered with yep. Nothing else. I asked is this Northside and she said yep. Completely professional Then was told that the patient may not be leaving today. Was told to wait and they will let me know. Waited 10 more minutes. Finally someone came to the door. Just stood there She finally asked if I was here to pick up someone. Was brought inside lobby and was told the nurse would be out to talk to me. Only waited a couple of minutes and the nurse first person that was actually professional came and apologized for the delay. Said the patient was told she was leaving then told she was not. The nurse said he talked to psych MD and she was cleared to go. Do you guys do any training for the people that talk to the publicI answer a phone all day at work. It doesnt take much to answer a phone correctly. This was completely unprofessional. You guys need to do some work on people skills.

Ok facility. Very boring no groups. You are locked out of your room during the day. You do get your own room. Good doctor just a dismal facility

Calling anytime at night is not a good idea. The receptionist several times a man answer the phone unprofessionaly. Never a problem callinh during regular business hours though.

They doped up my sister right before visiting hours and didnt let us see her. And no care team or whatever it is they are is going to see her for THREE DAYS.

Employees are great so thoughtful and caring continue with the great work.

Trying to call to check on family member no one will answer PHONE.Used 800 number no answer finally found 228-8100 you get an answer.
