Arbor Counseling - Woburn

I had a great experience in the dual diagnosis program. I notice a lot of the bad reviews are from parents who think a 2 week program would magically solve their kids mental health problems. Nowhere will this happen. People there care - and as an actual patient who has gone to many prgs this one is really good

ANN INTAKE when no one would call me back and if they did they would say not Taking New patients good luck and hang up then there was ann intake she called me back and called me back and called me back for days weeks months but I kept missing her calls but she NEVER GAVE UP AND NEITHER DID I AND THATS WHY IM HERE TODAY after2 months of back and forth I got a call just last week my Dr had just hired a new therapist and I started this week so I called Ann and thanked her she replied on a recorded message LOL. I. didnt do anything she says YES YOU DID YOU CARED WHEN no one else DID

This is not at all a safe place for anyone especially not vulnerable people. It is unsafe unprofessional and your concerns will not be met. Please do not send anyone you love here. The staff are untrained and abuse their power.

Counseling and mental illness is not easy to talk about and it is sad that our government and churches have dropped the ball as this covid 19 really brings...

I was not going to post a review but after my son received treatment from two other facilities I had to.Was a bad experience day one as my son started treatment for depression and anxiety from the lady at the front desk clueless to the place unorganized.While he was receiving treatment I tried countless times to talk to his social work she never returned my phone call messages. Finally spoke to someone who was extremely brief.Unfortunately he left no better than how he arrived.

I went in for depression and left even more depressed then when I started. When clients taking meds still have the same symptoms reported every morning a red flag should go off and some adjustments made this never happens. You tell them ur depressed and its business as usual.20 min wait to take an unnecessary drug test is ridiculous when the lab tech is sitting chatting it up. 2 stars because counselors try but they are limited and restricted as to how much they can actually do for you.
