Anne the secretary doesnt know how to read her paperwork and doesnt know how to not hang up on you mid sentence. Dr. Chuck never calls on time for appointments. Everyone Ive talked to in that place has an attitude problem. Please choose elsewher

I have been recieving care here for a couple years now but they recently closed my case because I was the one to not get the call or the notification if it were to be telehealth or in person so they decided to close my case right as I ran out of my medication. I did have a therapist there that was Amazing I miss her sm but she left the practice of her own volition. But yeah now I understand why people give this place such bad reviews. --

The only good thing I could say is that Jennelle the therapist I had with them was great but everything else was horrible. Once Dr Hill retired which I met him very shortly and they took that new Dr called Chuck. All I needed was a simple signature from him and that took months literally from like August to when I finally spoke to him on January because his own team told me thats the process but when I spoke to him and started freaking out which was obviously understandable but he started pointing fingers elsewhere and telling me that hes not my secretary instead of using his supposed skills to make the whole situation better wow I go to a place for help but he doesnt even have the lowest level of patience to deal with anything so go figure how they get licensed but anyways after all this useless Doctor kept talking down to me I was amazed at my self that I did not loose it but just hung up on the him to then get a call from the place telling me that they had been calling me for a while to go and pick up the paper all lies because just to speak to the front desk woman with white hair you get all kinds of push back and attitudes from her but imo if they stopped hating the patients for being sick and treated them like their own things would be different I would have never imagined calling a place for help and then having to deal with miserable workers that actually hate working in the field they are in just horrible.

I have not received care from this facility but I almost did. My review is covering my interaction with the office staff.I had a therapist named Diana from Ferreras Counseling in the past that was not a good fit for me. When I politely told her I would like a new therapist she went rogue. My impression is that she bypassed the front desk staff in charge of placing me with a new therapist and even her own bossmy previous therapist just to refer me out to Arbour counselings php program. Diana had told me the referral was for my usual once-a-week therapy but she lied. Eventually I got a call from Arbour about a week after and I was pleasantly surprised because getting mental health care is a hard and long process with all the wait lists etc. The person on the phone said there was a billing issue I confirmed with my ins company though that there shouldnt have been one and they were calling to confirm my payment method and that I was going for Partial Hospitalization. I was confused. Upon further discussion the employee stated they did find it odd that I was referred for the program as my notes did not make it seem like I was in or recently out of a crisis. I asked if there was a mix up or misunderstanding but they elaborated saying the note specifically said m-f 5 hrs a day and was signed off by Diana but not her boss. I had reached out to my previous therapist the bossowner of Ferreras about this issue but got no response. There may be no reason to be suspicious of php programs and it was cool to learn they exist in case I ever needed one but due to how things unfolded I couldnt help but feel wary of the whole situation. To this day I have no idea what I possibly may have dodged if it werent for the mystery Arbour employee that was simply doing their job and paying attention. This was an event that happened last summer 2022.

They dont care cause of the fact that I called today because no one is answering my pharmacy calls and the person who answers the phone didnt give me a chance to explain what I needed for my insurance to cover one of my meds and now Im gonna have to suffer with withdrawals from not having my meds.

Im a little shocked about the amount of bad reviews. Ive had such a wonderful experience. My councilor is so amazing and kind. She has worked with me and my crazy schedule and I really appreciate her patience.

I had one lovely therapist named Holly for a while but then she left because she wasnt getting paid enough. After she left they replaced her with someone else who I didnt vibe with at all and didnt understand my anxiety and depression. She left after 3 weeks and after she left they didnt give me anyone else to see. So now Im left with no therapist at a bad spot in my life.When I came here to see someone for meds I had a really nice psychiatrist for a while but he also left. He was replaced with a really rude person named Dr. Hill. He took me off of the meds thats worked for me because he didnt approved of them and put on my record that Im addicted to Benzos when I got upset. I stopped seeing him and saw the other psychiatrist there but she didnt understand my depression and anxiety either and would prescribe me expensive meds that never worked. I just gave up from there on. Now Im seeking counseling and psychiatric services elsewhere.They also always lost records saying that I paid my copay and would try to make me pay it again when I had recipes to show I paid for them. Very unprofessional overall.

I called and spoke to a man in intake and after TWO QUESTIONS he mustve been frustrated because he said YOU KNOW WHAT and HUNG UP ON ME Extremely unprofessional Crappy management workers and all the rest. Shouldnt be working there if you have no skills and dont care about anything but a paycheck

My therapist Martina is clearly the best thing they have according to reviews.Not only that Im a verified mental health patient and the receptionist told me that I have to wait three months to see a psychiatrist despite the fact that Im already on psychiatric medication and I am relying on my primary care to get mental health treatment.I called for an appointment and they waited two weeks to call me back to tell me that I needed to wait 30 days for a callback.Of course they waited the full 30 days to call me back and then set up an appointment for two weeks after that.They try to be organized but the amount of release forms says otherwise. I wouldnt call it a waste of tax dollars but I wouldnt be surprised if there yanking tax breaks left and right.I hope they dont let her go over this review. But I do hope more reputable behavioral therapy groups come forward to scoop her up from this messy place.They closed my case and are making me wait to reopen it. Never saw a psychiatrist and my PCM is about to stop my ADD meds because of it.

some one must do something about this place is true they see who they want to see thats not right and the intake very unprofesstional. Really something should be done I hope someone would do something if this concern any one pls help to do something
