Beaming Review

This school cares about making payments only. They avoid signing you up so they can blame you for any miscommunications or mistakes by pointing you to their website. Once you've registered you cannot remove your credit card and charge continuously regardless of attendance. They failed to have my son pass the 27 progress reports steps and put him in the next level without passing the first 27 only 7 steps. This is a major liability for risk in a swimming pool. They put us on a long wait list and proceeded to charge for classes we never attended. The staff manager Leila Henry is extremely rude and argued that we were on the waitlist without checking her records and basically had zero customer service manners by stating we had been attending continuously and why they charged us.
