READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY I have had the absolute worst experience with this company The first time around i had to deal with the extremely rude staff and after a very long battle was denied services after being referred to for my child. Fast forward to today 2 years later not being able to find anyone to help me our new peds Dr recommended and referred my daughter here again. I thought they were horrible last time I will attempt them again after confirming my appt days in advance on the day of my appt my oldest was sick ....mind you a single mom of 4 when I received the call from the office a very rude girl told me yah no in order to reschedule you you need to pay a 25 fee ....I said maam my daughter woke up sick this wasnt something expected my appt was all of 5 mins ago ...after dealing with her incompetent self I called back to speak to a manager who answered and tried telling me that isnt what she said that she explained it was refundable after rescheduling. I informed her no maam thats not what she said but regardless Im trying to express what happens this extremely unprofessional woman is holding the phone away from her while Im trying to get help you could tell with the silence and then the rustle and breathing then gets back on the phone says yah sorry for you my answer isnt changing .....I said maam I waiting on a response but you didnt hear me because your holding your phone away from your ear .....without denial says nothing I said forget it Ill leave a review and go else where she said good luck with that ....I could go into much more detail on things that were said and done on both occasions but I can promise there will not be a third attempt to get their help but I will be reporting this further than Google. This company wants money not to help those in need BEWARE

We cannot get anyone to answer the phone We tried calling 5 times yesterday and about 10 today and left 2 voicemails.We got a threatening voice mail today at 920 about if we didnt call back by 12 the appt that we made would be canceled And weve been trying to call them back and they wont answer We work till 2 am so we sleep till noon. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I had always had positive reports from Applied Psychology and positive experiences from individuals that had been served here until recently a parent that called me in tears and expressed how rudely they had been treated. I dont know what has changed but I will have to begin using someone different.

I have been to the office three times and have observed a dozen patients interact with the front desk. Contrary to others reviews I only saw professionalism. To be fair the appointment confirmation process should be improved email or text with a 24-hour window to confirm for example. But the interactions in the office were warm and professional. Ive spoken in passing to Dr. Patel and at length with Dr. Gajeton. They are both wonderful attentive and supportive people. I can highly recommend this office.

This is the worst psychology place you could ever take your child to. Dr. Erickson does not follow up with you when she says shes going to she does not attend the online sessions as scheduled office staff does not return calls and the office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and very argumentative. They also refuse to give the diagnosis of your child. They send letters in the mail and tell you theyre not allowed to do that and its not from them and will call you a liar. They have bad ratings for a reason and shouldnt even be in business.

Based ONLY on trying to schedule an appointment trying to reschedule WELL within a week of the appointment date and then having an emergency. I called a month ago to schedule an appointment. Receptionist is RUDE tells me I should not be calling there there is no referral from my Doctor whom had just given me this number and that she wishes that place would quit sending people here. She told me some random things my wouldnt cover without asking what Insurance I had or what I was even calling for. There is more but I am busy. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE. Put it this way I am driving my daughter 2 hours further to Fort Worth just because of how rude this woman is.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk lady just rushed me off the phone and practically hung up on me when I told her that I had to cancel todays appointment unintentionally. People especially people who struggle with mental health shouldnt be treated the way this front desk lady treats her patients. We are people not numbers. She made me reschedule my appointment for today last week because my paperwork wasnt filled out my fault but honestly she acted like the psychologist was sitting there waiting on me when there was someone in the waiting room who was there before I was and I sat there thinking I would be seen when I was filling it out with no mention of rescheduling. The way this office is run is screwy and I wont be back. Ill go to Dallas if I have to.

My husband had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. At the end of his work day he had 3 missed call. One at 8am asking him to call them back. One at 11am threatening if he didnt call them back they were giving away his appointment. Finally a third call at 12pm saying they gave his appointment away because he didnt call them back.I cannot believe how unprofessional the front staff is. He has a job and is constantly in and out of meeting. How can they demand to be called back when most people havent even taken a break for lunch to check their phonesI guess I can see why this place has a 2.2 star rating. Also not a surprise that they dont take the time to reply to their reviews on here. What is a disappointment.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. We were seen by the psychologist Friday 100320 but the authorization forms to have Medicaid approve the testing were never sent. Despite calling and checking the office.This office did not validate the severity of our needs. If my son does have special needs and I am doing everything I can to have him seen to get the help he deserves I expect the doctors I choose to have the same integrity. Two weeks have passed and this office has told myself as well as medicaid that the authorization forms were faxed. Which has been a bold face lie for a solid week now.We will find a psychologist that actually wants to treat my son and has his best interests at hand. I find it really disheartening how inconsiderate the ladies in the front office were. I was poliet and patience as long as I could be.Shameful.

I went there for some testing. I called and asked how much I had to pay out of pocket. 6 different times . I will call your insurance and I will call you back. Needless to say they never did call me back. They will not take you unless you have the money your insurance will not pay . We got extra money that week or I would not have been able to pay my co pay of 171. Not everyone has that kind of money . Do your job and quit telling people you will call them back and never do .
