Beaming Review

RUN, don’t walk, away from this facility—this applies to both parents and potential employees. While some staff genuinely care and progress has been observed, the overall structure raises concerns about consistency and quality of care. Training is limited and does not reflect the level of behavior that technicians may face, leaving staff underprepared in crisis situations. Supervision is inconsistent, and guidance varies, leading to mixed approaches rather than a stable, clear plan for the child. Also, scheduling changes often happen with little notice, including during services, disrupting the consistency children need. There is also high staff turnover, making it difficult for children to build trust and maintain progress. Parents deserve transparency, consistency, and properly supported staff. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about training, supervision, and turnover before moving forward. This “business” is being ran like a zoo.

Beaming Review

Would not recommend working here. Staff are placed with aggressive children without adequate training or preparation, and support during incidents is limited. Turnover is extremely high due to poor training, misleading incentives, unclear communication, and unreliable scheduling that can change during a shift. If 0 stars were an option, I’d certainly consider it!

Go read the Google reviews. This is a horrible place. Do not take your children here.
