Introduction

Hi, I’m Ankita. I’m a neurodiversity-affirming speech-language pathologist based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I work with adolescents and adults (12–80) virtually who want to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives. Together, we build communication, executive functioning, and cognitive skills using strategies that are empowering, practical, and tailored to your strengths. I specialize in supporting ADHD, language impairments, and cognitive-communication needs, with a focus on person-centered care grounded in best practices. I understand the importance of feeling truly seen and supported. Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me skiing, reading, practicing yoga, or spending time with my chocolate lab, Max.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

Inclusive
Empathetic
Innovative
As a speech-language pathologist, my goal is for you to feel truly understood. I stay innovative by bringing fresh ideas and creative problem-solving into our work, so the strategies we create actually fit your life. I am inclusive because my global upbringing and neurodivergent identity help me connect with people from many different backgrounds and perspectives. I am emphatic in the way I communicate, making sure you always feel supported and heard. Whether we are refining your social communication or building your executive functioning skills, I will bring curiosity, flexibility, and a grounded presence to every session.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am best positioned to work with you through 1:1 therapy if you are a teen, adult, or older adult who wants support with ADHD-related skills, executive functioning, language, or cognitive-communication needs. For younger children and early intervention, I focus on parent coaching so families have the tools and confidence to support their child’s growth at home. My approach is strengths-focused, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you build skills and approaches that work with your brain, not against it. My goal is to ensure you receive care that is both effective and affirming.

    Beaming Review

I haven't been working with Ankita or Beaming that long but overall, my experience has been very positive. Ankita is so warm, patient, supportive and truly client-centered. I don't feel we are working a formulaic program or techniques that are irrelevant to me. The onboarding process was easy as well. My only complaint (not with Ankita) would be that the billing process wasn't clear and I would prefer to be billed at each session or once a month for all sessions. General tip: The more acclimated you can be to speech therapy and what it can help with, the better sessions will go. Don't be afraid to ask questions and research.

    Beaming Review

Ankita is the therapist for people that need a sensitive, organized, and thoughtful leader. I appreciate her dedication, diligence, and ability to quickly pivot a session to ensure the pace, exercises, and next steps make sense for her patient. She pushes you just enough to make progress and is always reminding me to celebrate the wins!
