I took one daughter there a few years ago and while it was a process getting registered went well. Tried to get another daughter in was told someone would call in 24-48 hrs to set up appt. I have called and left 2 msgs. No response. Been 2 weeks no call. Theyve lost my respect. I wont call again.

My 12 old son just came to live with me full time from his dads. Dr danley was treating my child who has ADHD Atomoxetine. What in the actual hell.... Very first warning when googling suggests this is a very bad drug to proscribe to a child with this diagnosis. 1 star so I can actually comment.Update Ive since moved to the area and to get a jump on treatment knowing Im the best advocate for my children decided to give this place a real chance. Strike 1 being told we were meeting with a case manager at an appointment only to get to said appointment and it be yet another part of a 3 part intake appointment. Strike 2 leaving me in a room till I have an anxiety attack and decide to take the long route to getting help for my children. Only for the case manager come out in time to see me leaving get me to come back calm me down like they actually care. Strike 3 I get home and begin reviewing what was entered into your system and see that not 1 but both my children were given a brand new diagnosis by the CASE MANAGER. Thanks for wasting everyones time.

The therapist I was assigned canceled multiple appts within 20-30 minutes of the appt time and would reschedule with two weeks or longer gaps in counseling sessions.Consistency is considered vital in trauma recoveryWay too much of our session time was spent with her telling me private things about her life completely unnecessary for my treatment. She never got around to actually using any of the therapy modalities that she spoke about being qualified to practice. I cant comment on the entire staff but Bonnie-Rose is utterly inconsistent lacks discernment tact in what how she communicates with her clients. I would be concerned about a risk of counter-transference. She often seemed to take the mood swings emotional dysregulation that I was seeking help to overcome as a personal offense.I called to speak to the director of the Andrews Center counseling staff multiple times but was always transferred to voicemail and my messages went without reply.

Awesome staffvery caring and understanding bunch of amazingMen and women. They are there to help so NEVER be afraid to ask questions that is why I am confident in giving them a five star rating

This place provides minimal services. I get to see my psychiatrist for 10 minutes 3X a year my caseworker twice a month. There are no counselors or therapists. A.C. is way understaffed and underfunded. If you are having a mental health crisis you might get more help.

This facility is limited to only providing the services your insurance private insurance work insurance Medicaid Medicare will cover...unless youre able to cover the difference. There is some financial aid available discounts sliding scale etc but only to those willing to complete the forms to verify your income bills etc.This is NOT a free clinic. It is NOT run on our tax money. You are NOT entitled to free medical care just by walking in the door. Im not sure how they got that reputation.That being said while the place is extremely overwhelmed by people seeking help this place CAN and WILL help you to the BEST of their ability. You must be patient and you must be willing to cooperate with them in completing the paperwork. Believe me they dont like the paperwork any more than you do but unless youre made of money this is how it goes.Dont blame these folks for the way things are theyre not the ones whove under-funded Social Security for decades whove allowed able-bodied people to rob the system nor whove made shady deals with Big Pharma creating 1000-a-bottle medicines. These folks are doing their best IN SPITE of everything going against them. Tell them THANK YOU when you see them. -

Are yall kidding This place dont care about ppl with a disability. Years back. I tried getting services for my disability.. been denied 3 times..

this place is a joke people have no idea what they are doing and dont care at all about what you have going on in your life go elsewhere good luck
