Just as a ship might seek a haven in a storm, Anchor Point is a personal haven where caring, understanding and compassion are the points of the anchor. Sometimes healing takes place through psychotherapy, a traditional counseling approach to calm the emotional storms of grief, loss, separation or divorce (especially when unexpected), depression – in its many forms –and even longstanding phobias.
