Been trying to get an appointment for almost 2 months. Took her 3 weeks to answer me she recommended texting to her business cell she is slow to respond there too- only responds once a week to that. After telling me she was too booked in December but could schedule January- after almost 2 months of poor communication she just informed me she can not take another client at all. And gave me a referral. This is not how you treat people or run a business. Would not recommend- she clearly does not take peoples needs or feelings into consideration with her delayed responses.Complete waste of time. When I almost got an appointment I received an email saying she had been sick for awhile and now needed to get tested. When I asked her via text what is a better way to communicate because email and text are very slow- thats when she decided she cant take anymore clients. You will not get the attention you need from this counselor.
