American Swim Academy - Dublin

Kids learn how to swim very quickly here. Within a few weeks my kids learned how to float and some basic strokes. After a few months they are already intermediate and my son is in the advanced class. The teachers are very friendly and fantastic at working with kids. My kids have been really motivated to earn their next ribbon. I highly recommend this swim school.

I had most horrible experiences here today. I will never recommend anyone to come here.

My daughter has been going to ASA for over a year now and we couldnt be happier with her progress. She can now swim a short distance on her own and be confident enough to not wear a floatie when we use our community pool. Compared to the lessons that she got through our city rec program ASA is way superior. The low student to teacher ratio is a major factor. A special shout out to some recent instructors that she has had - Kimberly and Rekka. They both connected with my daughter really well and through that connection they were able to help her advance in her swimming skills. Our son is also about to start and we are really looking forward to seeing his progress.

So sad it used to be our happy place. Teachers mostly nice but staffs are so rude. My son was in elite then after a hiatus they suggested him to go back to stroke training class which I think its a good idea smaller class and instructor in water. But note that the class is way more expensive. With only one makeup class per quarter I scheduled one on portal not knowing they put him on elite instead. When I went to the csstaff to let them know they took no accountability and threatened to pull my kid out of the water 5 min after the session started. She raised her voice not letting me to speak and went to the instructor and let them know shes pulling my son out. I decided to let him swim coz I dont need to break my sons heart on Friday night. Cs kept telling me in future I should call to schedule a make up class instead like it was my mistake. I will not come back here. Im so heartbroken.

Pool area is good washroom after swimming bath area is good but staff are not helpful last 2months my son taking classes here I saw they are doing same activities daily no improvement yet in there teaching activities second is one day we went there one boy had vomited in the pool they said they will rearrange this class next week every week when we are going there we are asking Abt rearrange class which skipped that day but they are saying they dont have availability now again next week same reply every time we are asking Abt skipped class but no single call from there side and they are not ready to refund if they dont have availability of class to rearrange they need to return our money back they are behaving like we skipped that class really weird every time my husband asking Abt rearrange that skipped class bks we paid already

Always a great place for your kids to learn to swim. Very good instructors and friendly staff. After several years of lessons I took my 6 year old son to the public pool video of results he can now outswim his mom using several different strokes.

I highly recommend American Swim Academy in Livermore for your little ones to learn how to swim My daughter and I have had a fantastic experience there. And whats even better is that my daughter now knows how to swim one length of the pool after just a few months. She has always gone above and beyond in helping us find a good class for my daughter. Plus she is very nice and professional. Mr. Josh is phenomenal He is a fantastic a superb teacher who has such a good manner with kids explains very well how they can improve and pushes them to reach the next level. Plus he makes the class fun We are forever indebted to Mr. Josh for teaching my daughter how to swim and are impressed at how he was able to do it so quickly. Thank you We just hope we can get him for future classes -

My kids have been going to the Dublin branch for a couple of years. I enrolled them for winter sprint 2020 with full payment and we went shelter in place. They assured that there will be Summer sprints until last week and I could use credits for my 2 kids anytime. Now they have canceled that and expect me to enroll kids for full 14 weeks. Thats a huge commitment since there will be only 1 makeup class available per quarter.Not only did I keep calling them every week of April and may for their dates now they have no sprints and my money is still stuck with them.Hopefully I get my money out and never take classes with them again.

Our experience with ASA has been wonderful This is our first time here and we love it My daughter enjoys coming to swim classes. She loves her instructor Mr.Patrick.His teaching skills are amazing.He is very encouraging and took time to teach her the basic fundamentals and strokes. I am amazed how quickly she is progressing. The idea of having the passport is a great motivation for her I would highly recommend this place to everyone Thank you to the entire team for making our first experience a great oneMr. Patrick has been an awesome teacher. He is very patient friendly and encouraging. He made sure that her first experience is a wonderful one.My daughter is always looking forward to his classes
