American River Dental

My family and I have been going to this dentist for years to see Dr. Holm and Acheson. Ever since American River Dental was acquired by Dr. Soltani the practice has gone downhill They fail at good communication informing their patients appropriately pertaining to procedures and payment plans. My father was denied moving forward with his scheduled appointment unless he was to pay the full balance and 13 of total cost for current visit and was given 1 hour notice. My mother has had a payment plan for years and was never forced to suddenly pay a balance day of in order to see her dentist on a scheduled daytime for an important matter. Now all of a sudden under Dr. Soltanis management and lack of customer service payment plans are not offered past a 3 month period. We will ALL be looking for a new dentist and highly suggest others do as well I have seen the comparison in business ethics from back when Dr. Acheson led the practice and Im not at all impressed. Disappointing experience I also see that we are not the only ones that feel this way about the practice since the transition Sad how new ownership can completely ruin a business Love Cheri hygienist but nothing else about this place

I had a broken tooth and they fit me in quickly at a busy time of year. They repaired my crown on the same visit. I have been with ARD for 30 years and I am grateful for the wonderful care.

Dr. Holms is the best dentist I have ever had. I drive an hour to my dental appointments because I cant find another dental office or dentist that is as gentle and caring as he is.

Truly the most kind people behind the desk taking the X-rays and making a plan for my remaining teeth with Dr. Saltane made me happy I was being understood and had found the right office

I got my teeth cleaned today from Karen the hygienist at American River dental. And she did a amazing clean. And I have been going there for years. Very well pleased and satisfied with all my appointments.

Love this family friendly personal longstanding fixture in the community where you are an individual not a number. With their help and because they are so nice to deal with I still have a great smile. The staff are very kind patient comfy seating area with huge relaxing fish tank feels like you are stopping through for a visit not a dental procedure. Hygienist is excellent thorough and always on time. Appreciate their excellent service and dedication and grateful they are surviving these times of mass assembly line multicenter indifferent corporate entities that only push expensive procedures at you.

It was the best personal experience Ive ever had in a dental office...I have chronic panic attacks chronic anxiety depression along with other health issues and the Dr. I spoke with kept me at such ease and relaxed it was really amazing. I would definitely recommend going here if you have the opportunity. You wont regret it.

Dr. Soltani and Dr. Mann have taken good care of me and my spouse involving the twilight sedation to perform fillings broken teeth crowns and a root canalOver this past year. Im a reluctant patient and their kindness and reassurance has kept us coming back. The staff extends this kindness and professionalism throughout the various procedures. Ive been an American River patient since 2006. They are young but highly skilled and caring. Thank you.

I really enjoy going to my dental office American River dental. The doctors are so wonderful to work with and the office manager is so helpful with paperwork and referrals and answering questions. Im going to be retiring soon and Im very pleased that I will be able to keep my dental insurance and my dental office. Because they are excellent people over there. I highly recommend them.
