These comments or lies about the workers I saw this or very nice staff places Ive been Alta 1999 they been helping me that day thank u for listening in helping me I appreciate for ur time

Stay away from a new social worker there . Jillian Branson . She reports to suoervisors Sharon Wiggins and is completely incompetent. Ms. Branson tried to coerce us into getting IHSS but we dont qualify so she mentioned she would send us a list of resources. Never have received that list as of yet.Have contacted thensuiervisprs SharonnWiggins twice by telephone and no phone call yet. I have sent Wiggins an email.addressing concerns and hopefully will hear back.For an agency that is supposed to help their service is far from great.No. Some forms were signed and Ms. Branson has not sent us the signed forms as of yet and stated that they are given 30 days to send documents. Uh noI dont feel at ease having this social worker Branson to even help us. She has only been there for 4 months and came from another company .Please do not sign up with this agency.

I felt really nervous and going through a lot over papers where I work they would have been more help with even more information that my son had a disability and different things under autism and intellectual disabilities I have a disability to Im not saying she wasnt nice and they do great things thats what I need to support oh they have more people equipped for mothers who have disabilities with children who also have disabilities and knowing that we are just as intelligent as someone with or without a disability

Michael Joe does an excellent job for my son and creates a cohesive care team.

Most people dont know about this place until you are a part of it . Remember to be proactive advocate for your child and ask for what you think they need dont wait for anyone to suggest it . Talk with other parents who have walked this road . Before you and use these services to the fullest and be your childs advocate because as good as this program is and says they are your childs advocates at the end of the day its there job while your child is your child and thats a huge difference Be your childs advocate and be proactive when dealing with these advocates .

This place is horrible I had hey social assessment all the documents were changed into the words that they wanted to put them in things that did not happen they stated happen. They said my twins are fighting with each other and that never happened. I had someone there at the assessment with me and they couldnt believe that they have put those things in the paperwork for the paperwork for ISS to make the decision on my artistic receiving there 24 hour protective supervision and they told me no I couldnt get the documents they called me back six hours later at the end of the day. There was sorry I couldnt get them and all the worse was change from the Case manager that actually did my assessment theres no longer working at their office ridiculous but I will be reporting them.

This place is the worst I went in person. Did all the paper work a head if timeand hoping I can get intake waited for the date to call me as it said on the email and even try to follow up. They made a flase more like a excuse saying I never did. I have try to contact to reschedule. The rude staff refused and the Manger couldnt careless This place is the worst very neglectful my special needs child needs help since his school needs it . We have face discrimination. Lack of sense of urgency profiling unprofessional poor management never can get a appointment for intake no one dont want to help. These people get paid for doing nothing ans always long wait and I dont know comments I hope this place either get shut down have more of a caring and progressive team This place is beyond overrated with no results. Its been months now and no responses or even a intake date after being pushed back . The lack of communication and commitment with this people are so neglectful. But honestly all of sacramento couldnt care less about our kids who needs this This place is such a hopeless cause to be honest

Our baby is almost 14 month old with down syndrome and weve been trying since she was 3 month old to get through to someone for an assistance with her development.Weve finally got through about 5 months ago for them to send us a letter that they assigned a specialist and will contact us. They contacted us about 3 months later letting us know that they will need to schedule an evaluation for her needs and to see if she is eligible for the program. We know shes eligible because of her syndrome. After that call and all the release forms no one contacted us. Im so disappointed with their service and really at this point dont think they should be funded by taxpayers money. If they would be working like a business knowing that they will get paid if they perform maybe there would be a better treatment and care for people with special needs. I would give them no stars as right now they dont deserve any from me. I would like to know where I can complaint on their service and performance.

Ive been with Alta since 2014 and I never had a problem with these people til today. I call an operator and politely ask to speak with my Alta workers supervisor because I want to change my worker because his communication skills level is not up to part. Also I noticed that every time he calls me and I dont answer my cell phone right away and he never leaves a message stating its important. Uggghhhhhbhh. Alta why in the world do you guys exist if you cant help people with disabilities. If you dont helping people PLEASE LEAVE Nice people out would love to help out

This facility promised up front to support family connections and after placement did everything possible to interfere retaliated and even interfered with the ward obtaining basic needs like dental and medical care. They even did not provide counseling but took his SSI check pocketing it and providing as few services as possible.
