Henry was wonderful... this new lady Jackie has canceled on my loved one not once but 3 times... this time an hour and half before the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and this appointment was to sign paperwork to get in house services. Having to constantly re schedule last minute is neglectful.

Jessica and Ketra are amazing to work with.Ketra helped me tremendously get back to driving and feeling empowered.Alpha one is a tremendous resource.

For the first year they were great to work with - prompt with addressing issues and returning communication. However something changed this summer. I was given incorrect hours I was able to work which resulted in me not being able to work for several weeks. Then I was told the wrong hours again but it wasnt caught for EIGHT WEEKS. This time the agency responded by refusing to pay me for roughly 10 hours of pay.
