I was very happy about my daughters experience with Ally Behavior. They worked well to provide for her needs and made time to discuss any concerns with me in regards to her. They made sure she had a wonderful experience and made sure she was ready for her school environment when she exited their program. I would recommend anyone to give Ally Behavior a chance.

I have mixed feelings about my sons time at Ally Behavior. I have also had some space and time to process our departure and see how other clinics operate. During the 11 months he attended Ally our son had some amazing RBTs and BCBAs that helped him make vast improvements. However we left Ally due to two disturbing incidents that we felt were grossly mishandled by upper management.1. Upper management tried to get us to change a parentaldecision that was made in thebest interestof our child and that Ally had originally approved as a way to secure more therapy hours for their clinic. Their approach felt condescending and disrespectful to us as parents. On top of that they woke our son up from his regularly scheduled nap without our consent in order to give him more therapy time. It felt as though our son was paying for a decision we made as parents that Ally could not accept.2. In bringing my son in late one day I witnessed a child being laughed at and teased by a group of RBTs in the lobby. The child looked uncomfortable and distressed. As disturbing as it was to witness this as a parent the clinics reaction to this incident was void of dismayemotion excuse ridden and apparently caused no red flags up the management flagpole. I heard from no one in upper management that was above the clinic director who was the person that I reported the situation to.We removed my son from the clinic shortly after that last encounter. They are well aware of the reasons we left yet I am unclear how much they actually cared. There are way too many ABA clinic options in the area to stay where you are unsure how your child is treated behind closed doors. To the owner upper management who never reached out 1 Please respect parents wishes we are the experts on our child not you. 2 Client decency should not be just a morning reminder to staff it should be a non-negotiable company ingrained rule and corporate culture.

My child has been enrolled at Ally Beltsville location for almost a year now. Prior to Ally we did have at home ABA services for about a year and a half. Our decision to go with Ally was because the center offers all the therapies our child needs and the full day program allowed me to return to work full time. This review is based on my familys experience so far. It is pretty lengthy but hopefully its helpful to someone.Pros- Like I stated before Ally offers a variety of therapies for children. Our child receives ABA SpeechLanguage and Occupational therapies. When researching centers I was able to find some centers that had only two of the therapies in one but I dont think we found any other center that offered all of them. This made it convenient for myself and not having to find multiple places to get these services. I also like that all of the specialists are in one place and can collaborate on treatment plans to really get a good idea as to what works best for your child.- The center allows for a lot of exposure to other peers for them to get the social interactions in both play and classroom settings. My child is learning how to appropriately play and other skills such as waiting taking turns and manding. All of those are things we struggled with at home and our child has made huge progress in those areas.- Every month we have meetingstrainings to discuss our childs progress in all of their services ABA Speech and OT. One of my concerns was how well I would be kept in the loop about our childs progress and challenges because with the at home ABA I was there and able to see every day what was happening. But Ally has done a great job with consistently keeping me informed about all things great and not so great. In between the meetings we use email to communicate and every day at drop off and pick up we have brief conversations with the RBTs or BCBA about our childs day and what they have been working on.- The kids at Ally get the opportunity to work with multiple RBTs. This was another reason we chose a center because at home you get one RBT who comes to work with your child. Having multiple RBTs is good because it allows your child to generalize their skills and take direction from different people. Children with autism sometimes have a difficulty with that. Also at home when an RBT had to cancel a session for whatever reason our child would miss a day but having multiple RBTs at the center we dont encounter this.- The environment at Ally has been so welcoming and my child loves going there. It gives me so much relief and joy to see that my child looks forward to going to Ally. I am also always greeted with smiles and you can tell these people really care for the children and its not just some job. Even those who do not work with my child personally as very kind and welcoming. It is a good feeling to leave your child with different needs with people who have their best interest in mind.Cons- When I first requested information about the center I was not aware that there was a waitlist. It took about 6 months to get an offer to tour the center and about a month after to get our child transitioned into the center. I had planned to return to my job sooner I was teleworking to do the at home ABA but I am glad we waited.- The hours are 9a-5p and I was not sure how I could work full time. Luckily I have a job that is flexible as well as a partner who has early work hours so it works out for us but this may be difficult for some.

Parents of children with Autism Dont Walk RUN to this place to enroll your kid My baby just aged out of the program at 6 years old Oh how I wish he could stay The staff totally exceeded our expectations in so many ways. You will not find a more professional KINDer attentive group of ppl anyway. From our BCBAs most recently Sarah who has gone above and beyond for us. to all of the RBTs Tasheca Guy especially have been successful with my baby meeting so many goals The speech therapist Marci was fantastic as well I was just as skeptical and paranoid as the next special needs parent leaving my cub there All Day.. But these ppl did not stop reassuring and explaining and reassuring me until they earned our trust. They are patient kind and genuine. And they do an outstanding job at hiring patient kind and genuine RBTs. I know how scary it was for my family I know how expensive and scarce resources are for our special babies So it is so important for me to let our community know how great this place has been to my family in REAL LIFE. I am forever gratefulfor what this center has done for my child. I cant imagine where he would be developmentally or socially had he not been at Ally for the past 2 years

I cannot begin to talk about the excellent service Ally has given my grandson and my family. This center should be a partner with public education programs targeting children diagnosed with ASD. The staff was so compassionate skilled and professional with us. The staff not only worked with my grandson but they helped me with key activities to reenforce the training he received at Ally. A bonus for us is when he left Ally he was reading sight words his alphabet and writing his name. Ally tapped into the best parts of my grandson and helped improve upon the areas that were associated with ASD. Thank you Ally

My son stayed at Ally for a year. Although Ally moved twice during this period we could clearly tell that he really enjoyed staying there and he loved his therapists. His BCBA was supper supportive as well and she helped us a lot in the transition to the elementary school. As some reviewers have mentioned we also feel the turnover rate of the therapists there is pretty high which was the same for our previous ABA providers. It might be a common situation for this field. My son was super lucky that one of his therapist helped him consistently through the whole year and he does miss her a lot.

Ally Behavior has been a blessing to our family since the moment I called for an inquiry about ABA services for our son. The staff treated us with compassion and respect every step of the way. As many know or perhaps dont know navigating through health care is hard but navigating through health care to find suitable to exceptional ABA services for a child with an Autism diagnosis is extremely hard. Having Ally working behind the scenes directly with our health insurance company directly took all the stress off of our plate. Since our son has been enrolled we have seen such a positive change in just one month He is requesting following directions playing with other children and most recently counting We are extremely pleased with his progress and are so excited to see him thrive We especially appreciate the daily reports that we receive from the staff regarding what they worked on during the day. Thank you Ally for all the exceptional work you do with our children.

Our family has had an amazing experience over the last year with Ally Behavior. Our son has made excellent progress in all of his goals. We have been particularly impressed with feeding therapy. He is eating over 20 new foods and counting. We have also made significant progress in communication with his AAC drive. The therapists are extremely warm and professional.
