I totally believe in counseling. And Im a firm believer in finding the right therapist is key in getting the help you need. So if the first isnt the one move on to the next. Because you owe it to yourself. Thats what I did and I found Kris. She made her space feel comfortable and a safe place to be. Right off the bat Kris made me feel as though she was genuinely concerned which made me comfortable enough to open up. Kris has helped me in so many ways. But if I had to say how it would be she taught me what has happened to me does not have to define you and you deserve to be happy. I still have some things to work on. Mrs. Allison is the best therapist ever She is tuned in to her clients every time without exception and always has helpful and caring direction. She is not at all judgemental and I would highly recommend.
