Shes very knowledgeable about our medical history without looking at our charts. My kids love seeing her. Dr Borow and her nurse makes my kids feel loved and comfortable. They deeply care about how we feel and help us get through our toughest times. She will go that extra mile for you just because she cares. My family looks forward to seeing them when theyre sick or even just a routine check up. Theyre awesome at what they do

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and skill level of the team at the Alina West Saint Paul clinic. Dr. McCarthy podiatrist was patient thorough and highly skilled He took the time to review my condition and possible options for treatment I left the clinic after injections and feeling positive about managing my arthritis over the long haul Thank you Dr. McCarthy

Dont really have a primary through Allina because i hate hospitalsclinics.. lol but the doctor i had for my last visit made my visit extremely comfortable. She was funny very nice and very caring. I appreciate all the staff that helped me during my visit at this location

I can be seen at a moments notice no matter the issue. Always treated with respect and the ability to access my medical info like make doctor appts get lab results and send a message to my care team is very convenient and efficient. I go to the west St.Paul clinic and will continue there.

I had a lovely experience Everyone I encountered- the front desk nurse doctor and lab tech were all so kind friendly patient helpful and knowledgeable. I was nervous switching hospital systems but this clinic visit was positive in every way.

W. David McConnell is an amazing provider. I have a moderately complicated medical history. I saw him for the first time today at an appointment I scheduled yesterday. He was on time and friendly. He was generally familiar with my chart when he came in. He validated my symptoms suggested an initial course of action that should make me feel better through the weekend and we discussed and agreed on next steps. A pretty perfect visit. Much better than the best urgent care for an ailment that is neither an illness or an emergency but cant wait until my primary provider is available.Allinas new policy to charge for medical messaging that is not related to a recent past visit or requesting refills made setting up this appointment more difficult than it needed to be. I have difficulty hearing what is spoken over the phone but I called instead of sending a medical message to see what kind of provider to schedule with because I dont want to pay for an extra visit I dont need.Both schedulers and the nurse I spoke to were very helpful and very patient with repeating things for me but I would have only needed to speak to one person if I could have handled the which doctor part in text via medical messaging.

I started at this clinic about a year and a half ago after having cancer and a few practitioners that I just didnt feel great about. Dr. Walsh was exactly the type of doctor I was looking for I would highly recommend her She cares about you as a person takes her time listens to your concerns and really has your best interest at the forefront of care. I am so lucky to have found Allina WSP and Dr. Walsh

Elizabeth Ezell. What else is there to say Shes wonderful Gives true care and professionalism always. She has a connection with her patients that you cant always find. She treats my daughter as well and I dont think shell ever go to anyone else. She takes the time to actually listen to her patients with a personal and caring connection. So many times Ive had other Drs or P.A.s that are more like a sterile environment not Allina just that cut-to-the-chase kind of experience. You dont feel heard or you dont feel like you really got the information you were looking for.Not here not with Elizabeth and her team. When you are done with your appointment you feel heard you know things are going to be addressed and you have that personal connection that makes a real difference. I honestly dont know how she gets through the day She has so many patients and her schedule is so busy. She runs from room to room and you know she is taking her time and listening to each person and their issues. Im truly grateful that I am able to be one of her patients. I dont know if she personally hires her nursing staff but they are wonderful as well and really seem to fit with her. Ive had nothing but great experiences. Really good experience. This was my first visit as a new patient. I was seen on time by a very friendly nurse. My doctor came just as she was done with me and had clearly already read through my rather long medical history. She had great questions and we focused on a couple of things I want to accomplish and provided practical advice for several other issues. I then got in for a lab in less than 5 minutes. I think this was the slickest visit Ive every experienced.

The doctors here are always friendly and very knowledgeable.Nursesassistants can be hit or miss... my last one had quite the attitude She spoke curtly and barely audible like she was annoyed I existed. Very strange and uncomfortable to interact with.. dont let issues with life or other customers spill over into your next interaction.

This office is awesome. My provider is awesome her assistant is awesome even the man in the lab who always takes my blood is awesome.Im never kept...

They rush you out the nurse tried tell me they dont have time to address everything in my visit. So they cant do their job I made the Dr address...

My daughter sees Dr. Cady and she is wonderful. There has only been one time that I was a little upset. It was when one of her appointments had to be...
