This office is horrible They honestly do not care about there patients.

I absolutely love Marcus but hates that he works for a terrible company...Ive been seen by Dr. Jones for almost 3 years and today because I was at work she is not able to assist me because Im in VA. I was already out the door but Dr. Jones and Marcus kept me there. I was able to find a therapist outside of All thats therapeutic after being on a wait list for over a year...now I guess Im looking for another psychotherapist to continue my medication. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worse enemy

I was with them for at least 2 years. I waited 2 years to get assigned a therapist And I get a letter that was sent to a address I no longer resided in saying they would no longer serve me because they where unable to find me a therapist. I had been let them know that I didnt live there for the time being and was away for school and to send any letter to my schools address which I provided and they did not. I was assigned a meds specialist who only listened to me and prescribed me medication without a therapist and wouldnt contact me for months on ends. Now when Im trying to get my medication I wasnt aware of the discontinuation of my service until I got the phone call from my pharmacy saying they couldnt submit my meds because they called them and tried to speak to the doctor and they said was no longer a patient of there and than I found the letter at my parents home where they do not open or check my mail. I waited so long and never went somewhere else because of my illness and they knew I wasnt going to and I was going to wait and take what they could give me I felt taken advantage of. This place and service is awful. I cant even call and ask to speak to the lady to continue my meds because of this now I am without my medication and a doctor. Be for real you guys dont care about your patients.

Its been about 3 months and the only time someone got in contact with me was to get my information to put in the system and the starter interview. Even after contacting them twice to say no one has contacted me as of yet still nothing.. no sessions no calls nothing.

After 7 yrs of denial I walked into the office of All thats Therapeutics Inc. I did an intake screening which went very bad. On January 26 I was accused of Neglect by this agency. My children were charged with molestation. I filed a complaint with the State of Maryland and filed a grievance with the agency only to be told it was my fault. After PG county and The State of Virginia did an extensive investigation me and my children were cleared of all allegations on May 22 2018. Dawn Chizm who was my therapist never considered my state of mind or my childrens welfare. She simply blamed me and walked away. The owners seemed concern at first but once realizing the damage it could cause their business they lied and blamed me. They claimed Derwin Harris made a mistake but falsely accusing me and my children. When in fact Derwin Harris simply got upset with my view on homosexuality. Till this very day I am trying to expose and warn people about this place. I never got help for my issues because by coming to All thats Therapeutics Inc I introduced myself to even more malicious harm. Be very careful with this company. They are being investigated for there practices .

I had just changed insurance and was in a crunch- about to run out of meds and they were able to squeeze me in in 2 weeks. generally speaking barring an emergency first sessions are usually a 2 months out. Thus far they seem to respect my time I get seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appt.

This business is dispicable. I filled out apps. Got me in quick for intake. Then. Nothing. Three months has passed and they call me today saying Hi we want to make your first appointment Real chipper. I asked the woman why is she not embarrassed. . You ignored me for months. No Emails No Letters No Calls. Not professional.
