The front desk is professional and helpful. My dentist Dr Fatima was great. Shes very thorough and has a gentle touch. My teeth are happy. I will be back to see her.

I went in with extreme anxiety from some past issues that gave me PTSD. I also have medical anxiety from a stroke a few years ago. Being put under for 3 teeth extractions had me shaking in my shoes. The nursetech was so understanding and nonjudgmental compared to some other dentist I completely blew off because of lack of understanding. Yes I avoided getting my teeth pulled for a whole year if you have PTSD and anxiety then youll understand. She walked me through the whole process and assured me all along the way. The surgeon was kind and gentle and straight to the point not to mention Im usually a hard stick and he got my IV in the first try and put the medicine in quickly. I woke up like nothing happened. Its the day after and I had stitches as well and really feel nothing. I have had other teeth extracted before and was in very much pain. Being that he took out 3 I was expecting the worst. So far so good highly recommend

I have started going to all family dental because my mother recommended them as a good establishment that is FAR FROM THE TRUTH the dentist them selves great comfortable environmentHowever the receptionist and customer service representative need to get it together.First I scheduled a appointment got told I couldnt be seen without a legal adult even tho I was 17 which I understood at the time and even had my parents call to give consent they refused to accept it even after we told them my parents are elderly and at home with my younger disabled siblings they didnt care and rescheduled my appointment for MONTHS LATER I was in so much pain I just agreed and went back months later now at that point I was 18 I go in after making a APPOINTMENT over the phone and they tell me my appointment is for tomorrow not today I let them know I can not come back tomorrow because I took that day off from school and work plus I showed proof that the receptionist scheduled me for that day and I live 30 mins away and its a waste of gas and a mistake on their endThey didnt care and told me to come back tomorrow so I try coming in the day after that my appointment was scheduled for I go in and get told they canceled my appointment now this was a different receptionist she lets me know she believes that the other receptionist thought I didnt want my appointment for that day so she canceled it I was PISSED I didnt go off on her but I told her I wanted to report that receptionist so I did now ALMOST A YEAR LATER I had a appointment today I got my insurance on file the over the phone receptionist said Everything looks good and is in the system so I shouldnt have no issues AGAIN I call off work school AND HIRE a babysitter for my kids and I come in today because this is so painful I cant even eat properly and guess what.Your insurance isnt eligible.Remind u Ive been going to the doctor and using my medical insurance pretty frequently because I am a adoptee and my insurance covers me until Im 21 I tried changing it and they told me I cant until Im 21 because I have full coverage until then so I explain this to the receptionist I even tell her Im in great pain and I can not miss this appointment she tells me well I know how the insurance works cause my daughter is also 19 and your a adult now so they wont cover youI explain Im actually adopted and I already called them and they confirmed it works until I am 21She replies with well it says your insurance is no longer eligible but you can pay out of pocket.I asked to just reschedule my appointment and its a whole month away I told her thank u and walked out calmly and broke down crying due to the pain and feeling defeated Im over it and going to a new dentist because this is ridiculous Ive had cavities and wisdom teeth Im meant to get removed since I was 15Nobody should go through this.

The staff was courteous pleasant and proffessional. The office was clean well kept and comfortable for the short time I was there.Most of all they were patient and helpful in getting my loved ones needs taken care of and navigating her special needs. Stuff happens and through it all our needs were met without a glitch. Thank You

The worst office Ive ever been to. They managed to mess up her authorization for insurance multiple times so that I was left scrambling to get it approved before her appointment. Then when we get there find out they never gave us the form for her medical clearance and ended up rescheduling anyway.

Horribly mismanaged office. They failed to send in medical records for the required authorization which caused me to have to scramble to get it done in time...

Overall the experience was okay and the dentist did a good job. The only trouble was the appointment getting rescheduled a couple times without much notice. Affordable as well.

Very affordable and the staff was amazing. They did a great job with my son first extraction and it was his wisdom teeth pulled and they made him feel comfortable and relaxed him for the procedure. They did a great job and I will be bringing my other son will be going there when its his time.

I would like this say how thankful I am for all the staff that was on with Dr. Gonzalez for my wisdom teeth extraction They were all amazing and did their best on explaining everything to me Specifically I would like to thank Laura who was working with Dr. Gonzalez she was amazing and was with me from the moment I went back into the room Nothing but great things to say about this place Im now on post op- day 3 and feeling good Highly recommend

Im a little over 3 weeks post op from my wisdom teeth removal and I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place I want to start off with the good I came in for my appointment and the dentist assistant was amazing she was so sweet and understanding on how anxious I was the dentist himself didnt say much but I think he did a good job I had no swelling and no bruising I was really surprised since 3 out for the 4 were impacted I dont know if he just did a gentle job or it was an easy removal since I was asleep before they put me to sleep the dentist assistant asked what kind of music I liked and when I woke up she was playing it to help with the nerves and I thought that was really kind Now for the parts that leave me feeling a little upset the team that does wisdom teeth removal are a traveling team and they are only there Tuesday and Wednesday so if you have any questions or concerns after your home you only have two days out of the week to speak to someone from the team if your lucky they are only there for 2 days so they are in and out of consultations and surgery that whole time both times I called I couldnt speak to anyone so I had to ask what I think was a receptionist and when I asked questions I heard what sounded like typing and then an answer so from that it sounds like shes googling answers Ive done that the whole time Ive been post op if I wanted Google answers I wouldnt of called I wanted my dentists answers since he was the one that did my surgery. They do give you a post op instructions paper and to be honest it wasnt very detailed at all.even at 3 weeks I dont know when I can eat actual normal food what food to avoid still when I can use a strawspit any of it google gives you a million answers so its really frustrating again the team is great they did a great job and I know they are obviously busy the only 2 days they are there but being available to answer these questions should be a lot more easier then it is especially since theres no follow up appointment to even see how your healing I guess my best advice is ask as much questions as you can because once youre home its really hard to get them over the phone if your like me and 2 hours away the only place my insurance would cover

I absolutely loved the dentist who previously worked here as well as the new lady she had shadowing her. HOWEVER I refuse to be seen by the male dentist who has recently joined the team I saw how he interacted with a child while I was walking thru the hallway and it was not in a way that makes my child feel safe. Your child shouldnt be scared to go to the dentist and he is the kind of dentist that would make your child scared. Not to mention how I saw him treat his assistant I dont support men who treat women like that. I will b waiting until another dentist joins the team before I bring my family back here.

I had to have 19 teeth pulled and the morning I came to get the pulled the dentist told me I had to wait 3 hours because I had a sip of a soda my mouth was...
