I have been going to All Family for years. They are the best with kids hands down. My kids look forward to coming to the dentist every appointment. Recently we were seen by Javier and Diane they both were extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure my kids felt comfortable. Highly recommend

I very happy with this clinic. My baby first time needs to treat one tooth. The doctor and assistant was very sweet and nice to my baby. She was playing all the time when they was working that was told my baby everything in nice game story. I had amazing memories thank you so much to make my baby the best experience

Overall Im gonna rate this dental office 1010. Not gassing- they litterally get you in and out. Everyone is so polite and helpful... Great for children teens and young adults.

My son has been coming here since he got his first teeth. He is now 8 so at least 6 years. He has never had any issues with anyone working on him for his cleanings and everything. Unfortunately we came last September because he had some cavities. This was his first time ever having this procedure. We as parents let him know what was going to happen beforehand to relive some anxiety. When we got there he injected with numbing and after 20 minutes or so they started the procedure as soon as she started he said he could still feel it she seemed to be a little flustered when we asked if he could have a bit more numbing and reluctantly gave him some. At this point she only waited about 10 minutes before she came back. He again being an 8 year old still said he could feel it. At no point did he jump out the chair needed to be restrained or grab at the drill. He just asked for more numbing agent. We obviously knew he couldnt have more so at that point we asked about alternative methods. The dentist Dr. Marjan whom in the 6 years weve gone there have never had once said she could refer us for sedation. She referred us to a dentist office in Franklin park who had an insanely long wait list. We scheduled the appointment in September and couldnt even get in until January. Then when I took my son early from school for the appointment and when I got there they informed me they dont take our insurance and wed have to pay out of pocket. Well after talking to our son he informed us he did not want to be sedated and would rather try again the other way. I called today to make an appointment and was upset when I was told unfortunately he will not be accepted her any longer because in his notes it said he had behavioral issues. Im confused because for 6 years there were no such issues then again because he couldnt complete his cavity procedure he now has issues It feels like a cheap and lazy cop out by Dr Marjan. Its scary at any age to get a drill in your mouth especially at 8 years old for the first time. Id understand the note if maybe he grabbed the drill or jumped out the chair but again he did no such thing. This place certainly does not care about the well-being of their patients. He has a sensitive mouth but again him saying nicely that he cant do it doesnt equate to behavioral issues. This dentist should not be allowed to work on children. I am deeply disgusted at this establishment and will no longer be bringing my child here. I hope this helps some other family with where they bring their loved one to have their teeth done. Dr Marjan should be ashamed of herself.

This place is a hole in the wall. Expect to wait a while to be seen. They dont follow the right protocols. My daughters insurance covers braces with authorization from them. They didnt send the insurance the right forms so she got denied. When I called the girl said they had a glitch in their system and would send it. A few days later I get a call saying they arent going to send the right paperwork because she wouldnt be covered anyways. She said they us a point system. And her teeth werent that bad and she didnt have enough points for her insurance to be covered. My daughter has a tooth stuck in her gum because it has no room to come out and her teeth are in serious need of braces. I called my insurance which they told me not to cause it wouldnt do anything. My insurance didnt have any idea of a point system and they told me this place were the ones who had to approve of the braces and they would cover it. So really they just wanted me to pay the money for the braces even thought my insurance covered it. Untrustworthy for sure Not a good look. We found a new orthodontist and definitely wont be back

The staff and Dentists here are extremely friendly thorough and professional. The assistants are kind and understanding even when kids are being difficult. The Dentists are kind and approachable and will thoroughly explain whatever you are facing and will continue all the way through the procedure. They use a text and email based system to remind you of appointments and also give leniency if something prevents your arrival. Ive yet to wait long even after arriving late. I would recommend to anyone.

Love the staff at this location. Great service. I struggled finding my kids a dentist before because of lack of patience since my boys are super sensitive. I 100 recommend this place. My youngest boy works great with Javier Delgado. Javier is amazing. We have accomplished a lot here for the first time in many years after hectic trips to far away Dental clinics in the past.

Amazing patient care The orthodontist and staff go above and beyond for their young patients My three children were always reluctant about dentist visits but for the last two years of dental appointments this is not the case. All staff is extremely understanding and accommodate their clients needs for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Reasonable rates for braces and jaw expanders I cannot recommend them enough.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Spent thousands of dollars on my braces in hopes to have beautiful teeth braces werent placed right from the beginning. Had multiple brackets fall off when eating soft things such as bread sandwiches. The orthodontist would blame me for it and tell me I was the one at fault for having brackets fall off. My teeth werent as messed up as they are now. They have newly trained assistants take off and put on brackets. My teeth were shaved down extremely thin when I got my brackets removed and have been cracking in different places since. The doctor was always extremely rushed and never really listened to any of my concerns when it came to my teeth. She would always brush them off and spend 3 minutes with me and jump to the next client. I spent thousands of dollars for horrible treatment. The client patient care is horrible. I came here because others would tell me about their great experiences here and decided to trust them with my smile. When i would share my experience with people i knew they would tell me the Orthodontist didnt tell them what she would tell me. They are not consistent with what they tell different customers and im extremely disappointed that they were the ones to take my money and not do a great job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
