This place is great love it Went in thinking I need surgery after so many dentists saying you going to need surgery you going to need surgery couldnt even tell me what was going on. But the doctor there that he told me exactly what was going on with me and I was surprised. It was something that I never heard of in the family and its genetic and a feels better than getting cut on. Thank you guys made me feel so special and I am the type that I am afraid of needles I will be back you will be my dentist from now on. Family Dental and Braces great place to go

DONT BRiNG YOUR CHILD HERE IF THEY HAVE ANY DISABILITIES. My child was switching medication and was unable to do his treatment plan at the time. I went in and explained the situation. The woman at the front desk was very kind and rescheduled. Next thing I get a letter 23 weeks later stating my son is no longer welcomed there. I went in to the facility and spoke to the manager Carrie R. She stated that they arent discriminating but once one doctor Henry Cho who wasnt even his doctor dismisses you you arent welcome back. I let her know the ADA and requirements by law. She just made a face and walked away. She then gave me a list of dentists 30-60 minutes away. I have multiple children that see this office and Im very disappointed. Do better. They also will not make any accommodation to anyone with disabilities including being in the room for treatment but then state they absolutely arent discriminating but couldnt give me any other answer on why they werent accommodating. Absolutely disappointing.

The entire team at All Family Dental is amazing. Kathy was so gentle and I had the best cleaning today. Kudos to the team for being friendly kind efficient and timely. Highly recommend.

Not wasting my time. My general dentist recommended I get an Ortho consult. I found this place on my insurance site. First scheduling an appointment is terrible. I waited on the phone for 20 mins to do that. Got my appointment scheduled for a week out cool all set. The DAY BEFORE my appointment I get a form from them by email saying the dental clearance form needs to be filled out and signed by the dentist otherwise I cant be seen. Im sorry what Why are you just now sending me this and didnt send this when the appointment was made I call in not the actual office because you cant get them directly but the call center. Sit on hold 20-30 mins AGAIN. I explained that I couldnt get the form filled out because my dentist was not in the office and they were closed the next day. I was told they wont be able to see me. I scheduled time off of work for this appointment. Im transferred to the actual office and Im basically told the same thing. They decide they will call my dentist and see if they can send proof Im current with my dental hygiene basically. I got a call back and am told that my dentist is out of the office.. Duh I told you that. Did you think I was lying I was told that my dentist office was going to send them proof but if they didnt I would not be able to be seen. I was told they would call me back either way to let me know. They did not call back. Im not getting back on the phone to hold for another 30 mins and Im not wasting a PTO day to drive to the office just to not be seen. The first impression is not a great one. I am canceling this ortho consult and also the three appointments I made for myself and my children as I planned to switch to them for general dentistry. Not anymore. I do not recommend this place just based on the communication issues alone. The frontline represents the company and if this is the representation I will take my business elsewhere.

My 2 kids and I have been visiting this office and have been seeing Dr. Pree for over 10 years and have always had a great experience Everyone is so friendly and I love Dr. Pree she is very good at what she does is super friendly and always makes going to the dentist enjoyable haha. All Family is highly recommended

Horrible First of all I had scheduled this appointment about a month ago. I came at least 10 minutes before my appointment I walked up to the lady on the other side of the reception desk with my referral ID and insurance got me checked in was told they will call you when they ready for you 30 minutes passed then an hour . I didnt make it a big deal cus I know sometimes appointments run a bit late but I went up to reception desk asking if anyone was going to see me today and was told yes they will be with you in a bit. I let another 35 minutes go by and I went back to reception desk and asked another young lady what was going on and if anyone was going to see me. She looked me up and asked who checked you in I said a young lady on the other side of the reception desk I get told well she put you down as you wasnt ready or I didnt show up I cant remember the exact words the surgeon is gone for the day. And proceeded to say can you come back on may 20 at the same time . Not even an apologize for having me wait all this time why even say they will be with you in a bit when I wasnt even marked as being there Took the day off work for no damm reason

Excellent experience for our large family.Very efficient with time Very attentive staff. Doctor was awesome We are definitely staying with them

I Claudia had an appointment with Dr. Fred De La Ctera and I want to say I would recommend him to anyone. He was patient very thorough and answers all my questions. Very kind

I speak for me and my family and that All Family Dental is the best The whole staff make you feel welcome. The dentist there are wonderful and are very professional and make you comfortable. After dental work and I needed a deep cleaning I love them.

The staff in this office are always so friendly and kind during appointment. They always take time to discuss with you all your questions and help navigate all the issues youre experiencing with guidance and pointers. I have major dental anxiety and they have been so wonderful to me.
