All Family Dental and Braces - Elgin – Summit St.

I got my wisdom teeth removal done here a month ago. They are so nice Especially the dental assistant who was answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable before and after the procedure. I didnt get her name but she was really sweet The oral surgeon was friendly too everything happened so quick For me the whole procedure felt like 5sec and it was over. Recovery was good I didnt feel much pain. No bruising or not much swelling either. But everyones recovery is different. I highly recommend going here if youre looking to get your wisdom teeth removed Everyone is really kind and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I just went in for an oral surgery took 7 teeth out did not feel anything was out it in an hour. I scheduled mine at 7am. Just make sure you dont eat or drink anything 8 hours before your appt. Its not as scary as it seems. They explained everything very well

Front desk was nice and helpful Dr Beth did a great job. So kind and patience. The assistant were so nice and friendly the assistant Quincy that helped with my appointment did an amazing job with my cleaning. Highly recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE Ive had a dental office. Very low quality dental care dirty and horrible bed side manner towards the parent and child. These people are extremely rude. I was asked if Ive ever had a filling before by the dentist when I said no she basically told me to stop talking to my own daughter. My 8 year old daughter was also told to stop talking when she tried to ask the dentist a question. Its very normal for a child to be nervous during these type of procedures if they cant do theyre job and be patient and understanding then they shouldnt be working with kids.

Weve been coming here for a couple years now and have really enjoyed it. Its always clean and never crowded. We get in and out quickly and with ease. Dr. Beth and all of the staff there are amazing with kids. I have to give props to Adrianna for helping my 3 year old get through the exam. Espe was super patient and explained every step to my 6 year old. Highly recommend this dental office.

I made the appointment for my BIL. It was very hard to find a OS to take his insurance. I was able to book a consult with little waiting time. His consult appt went smooth. Today he had the surgery performed. The office is clean and the staff are very informative professional and extremely friendly.

It has been extremely hard trying to find a dentist that accepts my insurance and is willing to do the work I need without charging me massive amounts of money out of pocket. The dentist was VERY nice and listened to everything I had to say. She was very accommodating and made me feel heard. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I have been coming here since my kids were babies. They are 8 and 5 now and we always have a pleasant visit. They are kind efficient knowledgeable. Were always in and out with no crazy wait times.

Been going here for years. First with my grandson and we always were treated with respect friendly knowledgeable staff. We all have are days when dealing with the public but overall amazing service. I now take his sister and they are in Lake county IL where I havent found a decent state dental facility. So yes I would definitely recommend this location.

The office staff oral surgeon and his assistant were all very nice patient and understanding with me in every way. They all made the process in my wisdom tooth removal smooth and positive. Thank you again. Thank you again too the person who had a cancelation so I could get the wisdom tooth removal done way sooner.
