All Family Dental and Braces - Berwyn

My daughter had her 6 month check-up. Seline was the Dental Assistant who worked on my daughters teeth and did her cleaning. Ms. Seline was so patient and kind with my daughter and informed her of what she was going to do every step of the way. Dentist Qadri looked at my daughters teeth X-Rays and informed me that she had a cavity and what would need to be done. When I asked a question about the filling she wasnt formative about it. Instead I received a handout when leaving. Upon checkout when being informed about the pricing for filling in the cavity and procedure I had questions about the kind of filling they were referring to as well as the procedure. Adelle who said she was the Office Manager was talking to me about it. When I asked two questions she became short with me used a angry tone and kept raising her voice and seemed bothered. I did not understand the Dentistry verbiage that she was using...hence my questions. When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that she said This is the way I talk. She really seemed frustrated or bothered. She got louder and ruder. I then said Its okay. Im going to walk away now. Ill speak to someone else at a later time to get my questions answered.I have to say my whole family and I have been going there for over a year and this was the first time that we had a bad experience and were treated rudely. Based on this experience though I will not be going back. I only had a question about the filling and pricing because they were unsure if my daughter had one cavity or two. I asked her in a very patient kind and friendly manner and my daughter was by my side. Adelle was so loud and rude that the assistants could hear her in the back and turned around when she was talking to me like that.

I love taking my son to this Dental office.Everyone is super nice. The place is very clean. Ive never had an issue there. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Qadri Anna are the best. They provide quality care. They keep us informed and are very friendly. The whole team is welcoming. My daughters loved seeing Omar Priscilla and were very happy with their visits.

Attempted to schedule an appointment and was told I would have to first come in for an exam and come back for a cleaning. I live an hour away and wouldve hoped to stay with same dentist office but the scheduling lady ran me off with her dismissive attitude. Wont return

Dr. Qadris work is top tier staff is professional and atmosphere of the office is great. I highly recommend AFDB in Berwyn.

My dentist Ms. Qadri is wonderful. I was apprehensive about going to the dentist and she changed the way I think about going to the dentist. The front desk receptionist always explains my billing in a way I can understand. My overall experience has been great

God had guided me to the right place i want to say that this dental place they are the best caring people and they really make you feel like at home not only that in the same day they will take care of you but they will give you explanation of the problem and they will find a option of care and a solution of you teeth that you will need I went because I have had this broken tooth that other dental office they didnt wanted to help save my tooth It have been since this summer I thought that I was going to loose my front tooth I went my fist time and never expected to find a solution that same day they did a incredible professional bonding that they save my tooth but gave me options and referred me to a specialist to see if they could be able to find a solution to save my other teeth because of my thyroid problems I am going to say this that same day I came out of the office happy they are so caring but they do feel and understand how I was feeling I was scared I am going to say they save my front tooth not only that I cried because I was just like seeing my tooth back when I was a teenager I came out of the office so happy because they do a incredible professional job is like it was my tooth and I am saying that I will go back for any dental problem that I deside that they are the only dental place I will let them give me only the teeth care that I need I Dont have to search any more place I only trust them with my eyes closed thank you really so much I could smile again

Great place for kids I brought my 3 young ones here on the recommendation of a friend and they were excellent. They were able to schedule all three kids back to back which was really convenient and we were in and out pretty quick. They helped my kids feel comfortable the whole time and we look forward to connecting our oldest with the orthodontist in the office.
