All Family Dental and Braces - Arlington Heights – West Rand Road

Such a great experience for my toddler I was very nervous for my childs first dentist appointment but they made it very comfortable for my daughter they gave her stickers and were so friendly Also did not have to wait long to be seen. Thank you so much I was nervous for nothing it went perfect.

We wish we would never have visited this place. My girlfriend is experiencing much pain from molar teeth. We had a visit in February 2024 and their new oral surgeon approved her for surgery. They said they needed to wait for insurance to approve. I called back 34 and 311 and was finally told that she is good to have her teeth pulled and gave us a date of 326 for the extractions. We arrived for the appointment and the same surgeon looked over her and said she now needs to be put asleep and said we need to come back. We got copies of the X-rays and will not return.

I have been bringing my two daughters here for years. The dental hygienists and doctors here are absolutely wonderful. My girls love going to the dentist. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and helpful and are just the sweetest women as are all of the staff We LOVE All Family Dental Braces

Alla is the absolute best She was so comforting to my daughter. I couldnt believe how calm she was. She has never acted this way with any medical procedures. And our dentist was just as great Had her tooth out in minutes. What 8 year old doesnt shed one tear during an extraction Thanks guys

Talked with the office 3 times prior to my appointment for extraction. Everything was set.. Took off work and 40 min before appointment rescheduled me for later in the day. Then called me 12 min later and tried rescheduling for a whole week later. Id already been waiting for 2 weeks in pain. Communication and organization is garbage. Patient consideration is severely lacking.. very unprofessional. I went somewhere else. If your time is important dont waste it here.

My three kids had a great visit here last week. Everyone was very kind friendly we were in and out very quickly and the dentist was gentle with the kids. They really made taking 3 kiddos to the dentist painless Thank you we appreciate it.

They have an amazing staff and the dentists make you feel so comfortable. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here and everyone was amazing with me. They eased my nerves before the procedure and were so sweet to me after. Also theyre great with kids I highly recommend this dentistry

Wonderful staff and very pleasant experience I have come here for both regular cleanings and emergency tooth fillings and each time the waiting room staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Alla is my favorite hygienist - she will definitely make you laugh and is just great vibes all around. 1010 service and results

My daughter and I both come here and everyone is always so nice from check in point to check out. Today by far was one of the best visits we had. Since weve been coming here we have had 3 different Dental Hygienist so today we had a knew doctor and he was awesome. Dr Zeno amazing he explained my xrays to me thoroughly and moving forward steps to take. Hes assistant Alla awesome made me laugh the whole visit felt like we had known each other for years. She was also very kind and caring during our cleaning. I recommend All Family dental to everyone. We do not live anywhere near Arlington Heights but we never think of changing dentist. It is worth the drive everytime. Thank you

I usually have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. However Dr. Zeno and Genesis did an amazing job. They were very professional kind and patient with me. Dr. Zeno answered all of my questions. He even took extra time to reassure me everything was okay. I greatly appreciate the care they took with me. I definitely would recommend them for any dental needs you may have. This is now my new dentist.
