All Family Dental and Braces - Archer Heights

My 5yr old had an extraction and a last minute crown put it. I cannot tell you how amazing this team was. I saw an amazing team work to make everything go smoothly.The entire staff here is great I was a nervous mother and everyone was thoughtful and answered all my questions. A special recognition to Ricardo he talked to my son and made him feel so comfortable. I was a nervous wreck but knowing how detailed he was on his work and lil patient kept me at ease. The orthodontist doesnt know what hes doing. I wish I had found a different dentist and I had an issue with my retainer they added my wisdom teeth which is not supposed to be they use a mold to create the retainer which is CHEAP quality they cut the wisdom teeth off instead of remaking it correctly FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACESAfter almost 3 years he added fill in for my gaps instead of trying different methodsDIDNT OFFER PERMANENT RETAINERS THE ORTHODONTIST BARELY SAYS A WORD TO YOU BUT HEY GM

Loved the staff orthodontistDr. Hosomura. I had my braces recently removed and so happy with outcome. Scheduling or rescheduling is easy and appointments always on time. I was usually in and out for adjustment appointments in 20-30 minutes tops. Keep up the great work

Staff here was extremely nice. Priscilla my dentist was extremely gentle and explained in detail what she was doing what she was looking for and asked what I wanted along with her recommendations. My new dental home.

Very disappointed with my visit today. 3days Prior to my daughters appointment I was told that my insurance will not cover the the work that needs to be done my options was to pay for what was not covered out of pocket or go with another solution which was a silver cap and I was fine with the silver cap since it was in the back of her mouth. I went today thinking she was going to get the work done and they then say that she needs work done prior to her silver cap and that will not be covered which this was new to me and they did not disclose this information 3days prior to our visit. I then tell the receptionist how much was it she tells me 37 I said fine since I literally just drove from the Hyde Park area and my daughter missed school so I told her to do it. She then comes over to me and tells me 67 I said I thought you told me 37 she then said with no remorse none what so ever oh I read it wrong so after the attitude and no compassion we left and for that unfortunately we wont be back and it sucks because I drove that far because I thought the dentist and Dental assistants were phenomenal

The entire staff here is great.. I was very nervous and everyone was very kind. Procedure was fairly quick and painless and they were very patient. This will be my primary dentist as of now. Thumbs up

Child friendly lil area for toddlers in waiting room. patient rooms are small one parent at a time the reason for 4 starsplenty of front seating front desk and assistants are friendly the other side of super mall so parking is better than super mall side had some work done on my child and had no bad experience with the work
