It has been almost a month that have done some blood work and it is taking forever to get the results. Been calling and visiting the office and still no response. The only thing they know is I will call you tomorrow morning.

Gave me such an issue to bring my grandson to the clinic. Talking about adoption papers. What the freak for he lives with me on my lease and I enrolled him in school. Been this way since birth. Pisses me off wouldnt even see him. Wasted my time

Despite notionally being open until 530pm they stop seeing symptomatic patients prior to 3pm. Even muscle aches qualify as symptomatic. This is not clearly noted on their website either. Staff was entirely unsympathetic and dismissive visited at 255pm on June 20 2023.

I had a very polite conversation with the staff about how they couldnt explain why I had an appointment with no available doctor. Apparently the one assigned to me was on vacation and the one assigned to my appointment in lieu of the original doctor was apparently gone for the day. It was a 330pm appointment. I called in at 1030am to confirm the appointment and see what I should expect. All they could tell me was that I had an appointment. It was just a check up for a past issue but still. I couldve stayed at home and saved my gas time and energy. Get it together Affinia. Communication between departments shouldnt be so loose.

The worse costumer service.While the family member was seeing the doctor I was asked to leave the waiting are and wait in the car. Even though The CDC changed the guidelines and I was wearing a mask and I am fully vaccinated. When I asked why the excuse was covid. The stuff had a attitude and was disrespectful since the moment we walked in the room. I work with some of the doctors and they are the best and that was the reason I decided to use their services. Never again.

I had a horrible experience at the Lemp location. The appointment was 30 minutes behind schedule staff was on personal calls and offered no help at all. Dr. Mechelle Elosiebo was awful. I went in to discuss my sleep problems and she was obsessed with my weight told me how much weight i had gained since my last visit i didnt ask and despite telling her i wasnt worried about my weight gain because I always gain weight when i cant sleep and i just needed help sleeping then id be back on track with my health and fitness she made me tell her all the work outs I do and she clearly did not believe me and said if you worked out this much you wouldnt be this weight. She nearly denied my request for medication despite the recommendation from my therapist who has a phd in neuroscience and my own confidence in what i needed to be well.In my patient report she listed obesity as my reason for visiting it wasnt and suggested a diet i cant even follow because of my food allergies without discussing it with me. I cried during my appointment which she ignored and then she begrudgingly gave me the medication i requested. I will never go back to this location or this doctor and i really hope she learns how to listen to patients and treat them with respect and most importantly gets educated on updated medical information instead of using the outdated disproven metric of the BMI to shame people about their weight. Truly the worst doctor experience I have ever had.

My fiance goes here. Nothing but disorganization. My fiance has a doctor he has gone to for at least 6 yrs. first thing she does every time is ask for his first name and last name and looks at you like its the first time seeing him. The pharmacy sends over a request for refill and the doctor does not respond first time. I had to call make sure she did it. As far as appoints i have scheduled online for myself and somehow its not there. My 8yr old had an appointment there we showed up and said its not in the computer. You have to go on a day we have open enrollment and be seen that way. We never went. We went to Forest Park Pediatrics instead. Nothing but problems. Only reason we go there is because fiance is on Gateway Insurance. Cant go anywhere else.

I have been seeing my current Doctor Dr. Pachalla at Affinia Lemp location for 3 years a different Dr. prior to her for about 6 mos until he changed locations. Ive also seen the Optometrist the Chiropractor a couple of Dental students always with DDS supervision been to the Lab. As I am disabled require routine visits Ive been seen over 40x in 4 years have had a 100 good to great experience always treated kindly with care.Affinia turns no-one away. They charged based on a sliding scale A VERY fair sliding scale they accept many types of insurance. For exampleThe LEAST I paid was 10 to see the Chiropractor The MOST I paid was 75 for Urgent CareDental.I no longer live in St. Louis aside from my friends I actually miss Affinia.. not just Dr. Pachalla who is AWESOME by the way.. as is her Nurse Ruther but by Affinia staff as well. From Receptionist to Scheduler- They were very good to me.For a medical institution for the uninsured under-insured low income.. they should be modeled by EVERY major City in EVERY State

I normally dont write reviews but I have been extremely frustrated with this office since my first visit last May. It was very confusing to get around the building and I was sent to three or four different places during my yearly checkup. Now my year long script for birth control has run out after 11 months and they expect me to come in to see the doctor before they will fill the script. Im not asking for painkillers here just trying to avoid getting pregnant. What doctor tells a patient to return in a year but only gives them medicine for 11 months Clearly I should have read the reviews before I came in because I will never be going back after my experiences.
