Horrible for people truly suffering with depression anxiety insomnia bipolar etc. For 3 months my son never saw a doctor couldnt get an emergency appointment scheduled without having to wait another 4-6 weeks even though I told the staff that he was truly struggling feeling hopeless. In September he signed the HIPA paperwork for me to be a part of his treatment plan gave permission for the staff to talk with me but they wouldnt when I asked to talk with the counselordoctor on 111422I was told NO so without listening to a concerned parent they never knew what was truly happening on a daily basis struggleisreal The mentalbehavioral health care system in America is broken its heart-wrenching watching someone struggle unable to get trained professionals to take peoples cries for help seriously

I have been going to the Monroe Ga. location for over 20 years. I have had good experiences in most everything. I dont do good with counseling. The nurse Janice is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can. She is trying to retire Im sure gonna miss her. Maureen is another great np. I recommend this place.

Ive been taking my Daughter here since 2017. Ive been very satisfied with her treatment. Weve Never missed an appointment and Im sure that makes a big difference.

They straight up lied. I called recently about insurances and if they accept blue cross blue shield they said they didnt. I then looked into the website and it says it does. Extremely unprofessional.

Probably one of the WORST places to get help. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.The therapist I had Susan fell asleep on me during our last session. Was 20 mins late getting me. Also cut the appointment 15 mins early. The manager that was spoken to the day it happened seemed to not believe meYou have to call 3 or 4 times to actually have your appointment canceled. Sometimes they STILL call you asking why you missed an appointment.The psych I saw was not very personable at all. He didnt seem to be interested in anything I had to say or care to listen.Ive been trying to get my anti depressants for two weeks now. They never were called in at my last appointment. Ive left countless messages asking for a call back. Nothing.If you want quality care dont come here.

Nice place. Theyve always had good friendly staff at the front desks and good counselors. They now have extended hours until 6pm on week days. They also have convienient appointment remindersthat will text or call your phone before apps to remind you days before. Very helpful.

I would rate it zero stars or less if possible. Couldnt be a worse place to get help. Only good thing about the place is that its free. They honestly dont care.
