Our son has been receiving ABA services from ABR for about a year and a half and has progressed a lot His team cares very deeply about him and it shows. He loves his BIs and coordinator Kristen. Kristen has been extremely helpful to my husband and me in prepping for our sons IEP and other evaluations as well. ABR has been great to work with. Sometimes scheduling is challenging but I get it - its a lot to coordinate. They really try to work with your familys schedule which is tough Were very happy with ABR.

This company is horrible. The company does not communicate with each other. They dont bother to inform the parent regarding scheduling changes or cancellations. They scheduled BL without my authorization when I had only requested to work with one therapist only. Elise never answered my text nor bother to give a call regarding questions that I had. Kristen the supervisor was very rude at times. I felt ignored when requesting documentation regarding my sons status reports. Refusing to provide to me. Lucero and Jasmin I believe they are from scheduling they dont bother to inform me that session is cancel. Either they inform me that session was canceled after scheduled time. They lie. The only thing I loved was the therapist that was working with my son her name is patty miguel she is very patient and she loves what she does. I wish her nothing but the best and she should try a better company that will treat her with respect and appreciate all the hard work she provides to the company. I strongly would advise People to not try this company. You will be disappointed trust me. Ruby The supervisor said I dont feel like the Scheduling team even communicates well amongst themselves its quite evident thats theres a problem with this company with using basic fundamentals of communication with parents. And Been polite and professional. Obviously coming from a supervisor. Within there own team they see a problem and dont fix it.If they really wanted to help children in need they will pick up the phone and talk to someone and answers parents questions not leave them waiting. It seems like this company is more focused on having a lot of clients and getting payed premiums from insurances then actually helping a child succeed.
