Action Behavior Centers - West Plano

I love this center. My son attended in the summer. He was surrounded by a group of therapist that truly cared. I recently decided to enroll him again. I would recommend ABC west plano.

My son started February this year and my husband and I are very happy with the services we have been receiving. Each and every staff member has been welcoming and loving towards our little one which makes him eager to walk in the doors every morning.My 4 year old has massive improvement since starting and I cannot wait to see what more our journey with ABC brings

This center has been an absolute life changing experience for us. Our 3 year old started 30 days ago and we already see a difference We never knew this was even an option but thankfully it is I am excited to see the progress in the months to come. It is such a relief to hear our son speak engage follow commands and even make his own Our entire family is so grateful and most of all our son literally said he was happy. Thank you to the therapists who selflessly give each day to make a difference in our world and hope in a once hopeless situation. I recommend ABA therapy for anyone who has doubts of results. Our som is safe and most of all... happy update 2022 Our Son is still thriving and blossoming here His speech therapy sees him on site Therapy for Success - its so nice to hear him speak and be understood The center even assisted with potty training SUCCESSFULLY. I love hearing our son read and have a genuine interest in books.So grateful. So so so glad we came here game changer

We had a wonderful experience with Action Behavior Centers. The staff was so helpful when I initially called and did not know the process entirely. They guided me and also got us in quickly for the assessment. The staff during the assessment was extremely friendly and professional. They are also very punctual and organized they do check-ups regardless of the outcome. Great people and service

My two children have been with ABC for over a year. I love this facility. Each and every person caring for my children have made a huge difference in our lives. Theyre learning necessary skills to cope with the world around them and still be themselves. Theyre learning how to communicate and advocate for their needs. My kids are doing things I was afraid they would never do. With the caregiver trainings and progress meetings Ive learned how to be a better parent. Learning about autism and how I can be an advocate for my children how I can approach parenting in a way that helps them. I am a better mother because I have these intelligent kind loving BCBAs techs and supportive staff helping me to understand my kids needs and helping my kids to blossom. Im amazed at their progress. Everyone celebrates the little things and the big things the clapping and cheer when one of our kids takes a step towards a goal is music to my ears. I know I made the right decision putting my kids in the care of everyone at ABC Plano. There is no way to adaquatlwy express how much these people have impacted us theyre watching my kids grow up with me. Theyre family.-I cant put into words how wonderful everyone is both of my kids are thriving. The energy from all of the staff is happy loving kind accepting and absolutely genuine. The way they talk about my kids tells me the know them they all take the time to get to know our kids so they can help them. The way my kids are taken care of has brought me to tears on many occasions in a good way. ABC is my village and Im so happy we are with them.They do things that I just cannot do my kids will be prepared for so much of life and I am learning right along with them so I can everything they need too.

I cannot recommend ABC highly enough. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like family. We have been so impressed from the front office staff Delvin and Kayla to our BCBA Liz and her incredible team of RBTs Moises Bre Paulina Troi Alexia Kyle Nassat Alajiah and Brenda. This place has been life changing for our son and we are so grateful for them.

My son is 3.5 years and started here in Feb 2020 and I am totally happy beyond my expectations with the service that we are receiving. Everything right from the first meeting to every day activity is meticulously planned and executed. The staff is very helpful and kind to our needs. Earlier my son went to early childhood school and a home day care it did not work well but after joining in ABC I see a lot of difference in him and feel much better with his progress. I will be ever grateful to all the staff at ABC for there love and care to my little one.

ABC Plano has been the best thing we could have done for our son. They are amazing kind and knowledgeable about everything. My son has improved more in 3 weeks of treatment than in his 4 years of life with Autism. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff. Thank you ABC for everything you do everyday

Action Behavior has had an amazing impact on our family. Our son has been a member of the Action Behavior family since March of 2020. Looking back over the last 5 monthsAfter our initial diagnosis by our neurologist and behavioral MD my wife and I started on the journey to find a suitable ASD program which is much more difficult than you can imagine. Our son was interviewed andor assessed by many facilities including Action Behavior.During the assessment we noticed right away that our BCBA Katie was not rushed and spent more time than any of the other assessors with our son. Katie was patient and obviously cared about understanding the needs of our son.After all of the assessments and interviews we then narrowed our choice down to a few ASD centers in the North Dallas area. Next step was the on site tours and QAs. We met with Ben and again we noticed we were not rushed during the tour and my long list of questions were patiently answered with even a couple later follow ups.We then made our choice...why1 - Katie and Ben caring compassionate and very thorough updating us on progress daily2 - Facility largest of all we had been to clean and individualized areas for personal care of our son3 - The only center which could meet our needs for quick admissions and insurance approvals less than half the time of others4 - Staff dedicated team of professionals led by our BCBA Katie. Some others would have rotating BCBAs.... no thank you5 - Flexible we required secondary support like speech and Ben and Katie had no problem with other care providers in fact it was always What is best for your son we will do6 - Care Team my wife and I are adamant that the entire care team works together on the development and implementation of our sons care plan Neurologist Behavioral MD Coppell ISD ESI program Speech therapist etcOnce care began we were nervous and full of hope..... Very quickly we realized we never needed to be worriedKatie immediately put together a detailed exhaustive program including bi monthly parent training. She incorporated all of our goals and other care givers into her training plan.The parent training and daily updates Katie has provided demonstrates her profound love of the children and their progress. She has provided us with tools to use at home which have worked to align our parenting to his ASD program And they workBen and Katie and the team continually update us daily when we pick up our son. They reach out to us during the day if they have a concern Our son had a rash one day and the let us know before we picked him up amazing. I vividly remember Katie sending us an email during the day when our son ate without help for the first time Katie was as proud as we wereNeedless to say our sons progress has been phenomenal. At times my wife and I look back and we cant believe his progress....Thank you Ben Katie and the Action Behavior TEAM We love you guysThroughout the first 5 months
