Action Behavior Centers - Mansfield

We are obsessed with ABC Its changed my sons life I was overwhelmed when we received his diagnosis. ABC was there for us 110 during our new adjustments in life. I cannot say enough how happy I am daily when I drop off him off at school and he runs in with a smile. All parents know the feeling of leaving a crying child at school. Its awful. It took my son only a week or so to get used to his new school because they make it so fun for the kids. I LOVE ABC

We our 5 yr old son Liam love love love Action behavior center They go above beyond for all the kiddos parents This is our 2nd ABA Therapy center We were at Cooks Child study center for 2 yrs the feeling here at ABC is more like family. I highly recommend ABC for anyone struggling to have there child learn daily life tasks needing help in anyway possible.

Visited this location yesterday to tour the facility and get more information about the benefits of ABA this center protocols therapists etc. The sole conversation was with the receptionist answering the questions which was fine. Mid conversation she asked for our insurance cards which was weird because this was our initial conversation learning about this center what was our insurance cards required for...to get information about the center Towards the end of the conversation when we were expected to take the tour she stated she had to ask someone could they complete the tour that day or if we needed to come back---she stated they couldnt do the tour that day and would schedule for next week on the 6th of February Tuesday. We were there January 31st Wednesday. Although this seemed strange we agreed on the date until I received an email later in the evening stating PRIOR to the tour we would need to send them my childs diagnosis shot records in-depth insurance information etc. There was at least 7 items requested from us that holds a lot of personal information you dont just share with anyone.Again this information is needed for us to TOUR the facility. I was very clear with the receptionist that we were looking into several ABCs alongside other ABA centers around the DFW area so I was NOT signing my child up for this center and was solely seeking information and wanting to tour the facility. I was able to tour 2 other Action Behavior Centers that same day and did NOT have to give them the requested documents that this facility asked for. I have visited 4 ABA centers total and not one of them asked for any insurance cards to be put on file diagnosis etc. in order to tour their facility. This was an extremely unusual experience and request for me and I highly advise anyone who is looking into THIS LOCATION to be very careful with the information you share with them. I will be calling my insurance company today to let them know that they have our information so that a claim or anything is not put in place or filed fraudulently.And before this center responds and fibs---- 1. There was no way to set up a tour online beforehand hince thats why we went into the facility nor is it an option for it on your website. 2. This isnt a policy of ABC because other ABC centers welcomed us with open arms and a smile.

I recommend them and commend them on the great job they do Im thankful for what they have done to help my family.

Words cannot possibly convey our heartfelt gratitude for the ABC team at Mansfield 1.0. Haileys therapy team has done a fantastic job in just the four months my little guy has been enrolled. Initially I was pretty hesitant to try ABA therapy. In fact I engaged twice before at other locations. The unsettling feeling that I had after meeting with their director and touring their facilities I knew I couldnt leave my son the most precious part of me with them. But with ABC the entire experience has been positive from the moment we walk in the door each morning. I appreciate the professional atmosphere and clear communication from everyone I interact with. The parent-guidance counseling has been incredible for me. It has helped me learn how to better parent my son and helps me see his unique challenges in a way that I didnt understand before.And most importantly my sons individual and specific behavior issues are met. Every day I am briefed on how his day went what he worked on etc. I only wish that I had found this place earlier. My little guy has met milestones that I never thought he would reach and he has learned so much. Thank you Natalie Hailey and the therapy team for all that you do and for how you do it. And Ryan you are the BEST

ABC has been a game changer for my family. We had no idea what we were doing and they have helped not only our son but us as parents. The progress my son has made in the time he has been there has really givin us a bright outlook for our sons future. They really do care about your child and being an advocate for them. We have never had a bad day

Unprofessional staff and management after our session insurance verification we supposed start on Monday got call on Friday 445pm and was told my son cant attend. Their wacko excuse was because he is not fit due to age. So if your child is 9 you better find another center and dont waste your time. The BCBA was rude and unprofessional. I WONT WASTE MY ENERGY NOR TIME WITH AT THIS PLACE.

My son was non-verbal but is now doing 2-3 words request with the help of his wonderful BCBA and Therapists He has been learning a lot of things here. Its a great place to be.

This center is amazing my son has been going here for 2 months and I see a tremendous difference in him the staff are awesome and truly love what they do I can see it through my son
