Action Behavior Centers - Kingwood

I highly recommend ABC to any parent looking for ABA services for their child. Just by touring the facility I knew this place was the right fit for my daughter. Jarrod the director and his team of therapist are AMAZINGOne thing I will point out is the level of communication you will receive from everyone. I cannot express how grateful I am for everything Jarrod and his team have done for my daughter.

A great facility for ABA therapy. Jared and his staff are exceptional and are very attentive to the kids needs. Our child have began to make a tremendous improvement and looks forward to attending each day. My husband and I highly recommend Action Behavior Kingwood if your child is in need of ABA therapy.

As a parent to autistic children I highly recommend Action Behavior Center especially Kingwood location. Mr. Jarrod Haneline and the whole staff is amazing. Our BCBA Ms. Tye and her team have helped my children so much. I will forever be grateful to her all the highly trained RBTs and Mr. Jarrod for the special events he does for the children. Every month is something very unique. They truely care for the children and also about the parents with weekly parent guidance meetings. Mr. Jarrod and Ms. Tye have truely changed our journey with our kids and helped us as a family.

They have 5 stars because they gave us a flyer begging for a 5 star review. When I first toured the place the old director was amazing with his words. The place was nice. I knew this was the place to take my daughter. Within the first month there was an incident report. My daughter had a bite mark they tried to say was her. My daughter never in her life harmed herself. They said there might have been a peer who was under the covers with her and maybe they bite her. So there was a peer under the covers with my daughter without supervision Wasnt this 11 I had 18 incident reports in 9 months. They would leave the playground gates open and the workers noses in their iPads. Not watching children on the playground. Which brings me to the last incident report. My daughter ran into a swing seat. Then the story changed where she was running and a girl on the swinger pushed her. But one of the therapists admitted she was kicked by the girl on the swing. They dont have cameras. Who knows the truth. Isnt it crazy what they will do to a non verbal 2 year old I dont think the center harmed my daughter. But they dont want to admit they werent watching and someone kicked my daughter so hard it left this bruise. I thought maybe her jaw was broken. Emily was the one in charge of my daughter during the incident and she didnt have the decency to look me in my eyes the next day. Dont trust these people. Save your child. Dont come here.

Update After a very long 6-7 months of waiting my son has started his therapy at the start of the year he is thriving and doing great. Also have to say in comparison to experience with directorsmanagers at other ABC ABA locations Norma is great Now that our son is finally receiving services I can only say I wish we had started sooner.We have been trying to get our son into one of the ABC locations after touring a couple... One being in Atascocita and then this one in Northpark. Weve been waiting several months just for the evaluation and last time we spoke with Norma at this location we were told that it would be around October... were going into December and theres not been any further communication for a month or maybe even two at this point. I wish my son could have the same experience that many others have left for ABC this is why we chose them but it looks like we will need to go elsewhere after waiting the better part of a year just for an evaluation.

My son recently got diagnosed with autism. It was overwhelming at first. However the staff at Action Behavior Center was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. I knew I made the right choice after our tour. My son has only been enrolled for the past 2 weeks and Ive already noticed so many improvements. I cant wait to see all his progress he continues to make while enrolled. Communication with the staff is so important when your child cant tell you about their day. All the staff at ABC makes sure to give you updates daily and you have parent meetings as well. Jarrod is an amazing director. He makes sure to hand pick people who really care about children on the spectrum and it shows. Truthfully every staff member there has been awesome The facility is fun and very clean. My son cant wait to go in each morning. Ive been so happy with ABC

Once my son was diagnosed finding those 1st steps in getting him therapy was overwhelming. I made a call for some questions and got all my questions answered and soon was meeting the team to enroll my son. He loves going to ABC He is so excited to see his therapist everyday. We just started and i have already seen so much growth from being able to hold my hand when we walk places to using a fork for the 1st time. Jarrod is Amazing director and truly cares about your kiddo. He makes sure the therapist that are hired for your childs care are there for a long commitment and that they are the perfect fit. Communication through the whole process of getting started to everyday communication now that he is attending is amazing. I couldnt ask for more. I never worry about him at therapy He is with his other family is what it feels like. I couldnt recommend this center more

ABC is awesome Jarrod is amazing and makes enrolling so easy. He truly cares about all of the kids and their families. The therapists are incredible. My kiddo asks to go to ABC on the weekends because he has so much fun. He has grown leaps and bounds in a matter of a couple of months. And we as parents are also learning tools and skills to help him at home. I would give ABC 10 stars if I could.

I love Action Behaviors. My kiddo has grown so much since he started back in May 2019. We transferred from the Memorial location and the process was very seamless. All of my kiddos staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone. I really wish they would not cap their centers at 6 years of age but that is more of a personal preference because I never want to part ways with them. They are truly a puzzle piece in my kiddos life. Individualized plans creative therapy sessions heavy parent involvement and training great transparency.

ABC Kingwood has been a great provider for ABA therapy for my son. The people are so nice and helpful and they really care about my son and helping him. Since day one they have been outstanding. Their facility is clean and organized. I am so grateful to have found them I have seen a big difference in my son since coming here. He loves coming here everyday and thats definitely put me at ease.
