Our son has been coming to Behavior Center - Keller TX for almost a year. All his RBTs are caring patient and very engaging. They communicate what he did for the day thru their patient log online and at pick up time. For me communication is very important. We always look forward to our parent meetings as we learn his progress and teaches us on how to help him at home too. We can tell that he likes coming here. Everyone here at ABC Keller loves him and really are invested on him to succeed and for all the kids who goes here too.More power and God speed

ABC is the best place to receive ABA therapy. My daughter has disabilities including Autism but the BCBAs always think out the box to come up with skills to help with daughter with communication and independence. This was the best decision for our family as our daughter has made huge progress in communication even being non verbal. The therapists are dedicated and really want to help your kid succeed.

I would rate this facility zero stars if I could. Ive never seen a facility allow their workers to come in and work around other employees and kids with contagious infections such as pink eye and covid. They will not turn away kids either if they look feverish and obviously show symptoms of not being 100 healthy this is absolutely ridiculous. Youd think a behavioral health center would show more decorum since theyre working directly with toddles and younger children. Please DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE There are way better places that actually care about the health and safety of your family.

Our experience at ABC Keller has been incredible. We are heard and our son is loved truly loved by everybody there. All of the therapists get to know the kids and what they love. They build real relationships and its amazing to see. Were so grateful for everything ABC has done for us and our family.

When the developmental pediatrician handed me the prescription for my child to go to 40 hours of ABA a week it was really emotional. I was a stay-at-home mom and sticking my 3 year old in a therapeutical facility for that long each week seemed like too much. This was made worse by the conflicting ideologies surrounding ABA therapy. Google told me my child was either going to come out abused or he would receive the most timely effective therapy possible. There wasnt much middle ground. Thankfully Action Behavior Center has proved to provide the latter outcome. My child was 3 when he started and is now 4 years old. Action Behavior Center has provided him with wonderful help in a play-based fun manner. He LOVES going there adores his therapiststhey love on him and care for him so well His BCBA has been incredible and has been such a wonderful source of support and help. If I ever have a question or need help with something she is only an e-mail away provides regular parental guidance. In the timespan weve been there my child has gone from throwing tantrums all the time without much verbal expression to a social potty-trained child thanks to them who is developing a ton with his expressive speech. Im so proud of him and so thankful for Action Behavior Center. Parenting a child with special needs is not easy and Im thankful that there is a safe place for him to play learn and grow that also allows me to catch a break so that I can be the best mama to him that I can be If youre like me I know I turned to Google Reviews to help support my decision-making in selecting an ABA facility. I hope this review helps ease your mind with some of the fears you may have.

I havent had any experience at the center but I am leaving a review because I called to ask some questions about testing testing for my teenager. Even though that is not something they do here Brent offered me so much help over the phone listened to all my daughters symptoms took the time to understand what I needed and even sent me an email with potential people who could help. He offered me a step-by-step suggested plan of how to proceed who I needed to contact and places who could potentially help with therapies after diagnosis. I am so grateful. Thank you Brent
