At ABC 2.0 I get a sense of nuturing and care for the kids. The therapists and team that work with my son are very patient with my son and make sure that his needs are met. Great energy.

ABC has truly been an instrumental force behind the development of my son I have seen him thrive in the last 11 months being in therapy so much so that at times I am just in awe of all that he has been able to achieve with his therapists help. ABC is also very supportive and helpful in assisting us parents learn how to handle certain situations or how to approach them in a different manner. The constant communication between parents and therapists is great I truly appreciate ABC for all they have done and continue to do. Since joining the ABC family ours has truly changed for better.

Everybody is very nice and my kiddo loves them. They help us understand everything that we need to be doing at home. They care about the kids just as much as the kids family does. And my daughter has definitely shown a lot of improvement in the short year and a half that she has been here.

My son has been attending this school since he was 4 hes currently 6 and we absolutely love it He started this program not being able to form any sentences and now when I pick him up hes telling me all about his day. We will be sad once he leaves the program to start school with other kids his age but we know thats something that wouldnt have been an option without this program.

We absolutely love it here. The growth my child has made has tremendously helped my family and my child. He was non verbal and now can communicate his wants and needs. This is life changing for us.

My experience with them has been very poor. I inquired about ABA services and they did call me back. Unfortunately I missed the call so I called back nobody called me back. I called again and they told me to hang up and someone would give me a call back right away. They didnt. I called again and spoke to a different person she informed it was a busy time since kids are getting let out so she would call me tomorrow Wednesday around 10am. And surprise it is now Thursday and I still dont get any information. Staff was not at all helpful if you are a parent seeking help to get started with ABA services I would definitely recommend BLUE LIGHT THERAPY They gave me a walkthrough of what the process is the first time I called. Today I submitted the application and about 5 minutes later I received a response.

Dont take your kids here. They will be babysat at best and belittled mocked and made fun of at worst.I went in for an interview after graduating college to be a behavioral technician here as I pursue my Masters in clinical therapy. A portion of the interview was to shadow an RBT and what I saw was incredibly disturbing. They mocked the children with autism and it was like a high school in there with all of the cliques being formed grown women trying to get cool points for mocking 5 year olds with autism. As children with social-emotional disadvantages being actively mocked and made an outcast in a treatment facility by adults is so detrimental to their development. These kids would be better off not going here at all. They are actively harming these kids.I shared my observations with the hiring manager who said they will take my concerns seriously. She said I would be a great asset to the team and that I may be overqualified but after speaking with her superior to voice my concerns and to ask questions about the training provided to the RBTs I got an email rescinding their offer of employment saying they went with someone more aligned. They hire anybody with a diploma or GED. These techs and managers dont know how to regulate their own emotions much less help children learn to regulate theirs. They all looked incredibly stressed and their behavior proved that they are grossly incompetent. They rescinded their offer of employment because I raised ethical concerns. This organization wants to take in as many kids as possible to bill the insurance and does not care in the slightest about their wellbeing.I will be filing ethical complaints with whatever board I need to. This broke my heart to see these kids being treated that way. What theyre doing at ABC should be illegal.
