ACES is a great company. They have great staff that is trained in ABA. The only issues are with the ever-changing Behavior Interventionist. People grow and change jobs thats fine. However we have gone through 4 BIs in the 6 months we have been there. They do get replaced quickly but then you have to start from the beginning. Overall very pleased.

Did not inform us when we no longer had sessions on one of our days until two weeks after those sessions ended only gave three days notice before ending sessions with our other BIs havent been in session for 3 months due to staffingcredentialing issues gives the run around when asked about it. They dont care that shes regressed.

We have used the services of few different ABA companies and in my opinion they dont match ACES. ACES train their BIs at a higher level. They work with the parents about issues affecting the sessions and adapt to childs needs. Im very happy with their services. Thank you
