I reached out to Aces for ABA services for my 4 year old son. Nadia was my initial coordinator. She had the worst customer service interpersonal skills. I was having a hard time with finding ABA services for my son. So I stuck it out and went through the application process. My insurance denied the first claim due to insufficient paperwork or lack thereof on Aces end. Once I notified Nadia she said she forgot and needed to resubmit the paperwork. Once paperwork was finally approved Nadia scheduled the initial assessment. I was scheduled for in person in the Rowland Heights office. I was told how crucial it was to keep this appointment due to a long waitlist. I had to take my son out of school early to make it to the appointment. Once I get there and check in to my disappointment my son and I are turned away. We were informed by the receptionist that there was no appointment for my son. The evaluator was not even available that day. I called Nadia before I left the office to make sure the appointment time was correct. Nadia said she didnt know why the appointment wasnt made and that maybe it was the receptionists fault but that she made the appointment and that theres was nothing eles she could do. At that point I stated to her that I would no longer continue to work with Aces. To which Nadia hung up on me. I reached out to customer service and corporate. They too dont care and cant give me the consideration and respect. All this was over a course of 5 months. Dont waste your time like I did. Im telling everyone to STAY AWAY from Aces

Unethical practices. The problem with this company is very simple. They do not value their employees. They actually dont value them enough that they wont take a medical note from a doctor serious. And will terminate an employee for medical reasons and not even have the courtesy to let them know that their contract is over. Just lock a person out of accounts and ghost them.Staff at the Rowland Heights office are rude have poor attitudes and wont even let a former employee use the restroom.Several other employees are looking for jobs elsewhere I wish them better. This place is an unorganized mess.

I have a friend with a rare brain disease requiring multiple surgeries under the supervision of some of the worlds top surgeons. Until recently she worked for ACES Autism Therapy in Rowland Heights a company whose reason for existence is working with neurodivergent people. When my friend presented a letter from her doctor explaining her situation to her employers they terminated her employment. They locked her out of her accounts ignored her attempts to communicate with them even refused to allow her to use the restroom. If this is how ACES treats employees I cant help but wonder how they treat their patients. There are undoubtedly better options out there for autism therapy services.
