I was fortunate to have started my sons ABA journey very early on and remained consistent with all his therapies even throughout pandemic. I have had experience with a number of different centers but truly have had and continue to have the best experience with ACES in Irvine. From their fantastic front office staff amazing BCBAs quickness to respond to any and all situations Im always impressed. I will say that experiences will vary with all kiddos on the spectrum and it really comes down to the quality and dedication of their BIs. But it can be a lot of trial and error to find that perfect BI for YOUR child. Everyone is different. But we were blessed to have BI Stephanie P. working on my sons case. She embodies that perfect balance of knowledge dedication and empathy that I hoped to find in a therapist. My sons smiles and laughter mean everything. I wish we could hold on to Stephanie and have her work with my son forever

ACES is wonderful to work with They provide a multi-disciplinary team approach to support you and your children. Weve learned so much from observing how and what they do to work with our son over many years. Having a child with special needs can be overwhelming especially early on in the diagnosis. Getting support from friendly professionals was crucial and weve seen so much progress over the years. Thank you ACES

Unfortunately I dont have great things to say about aces. Our poor daughter has autism. They have left her wo therapists over and over. Its a revolving door. At every step I feel like they have not had my childs best interests in mind. They have sent several therapists which I have literally had to train myself. We have been with them over a year and she is basically at a baseline of 0-1 improvement. Not great news for a 4 year old. I wish we had put ourselves on a waiting list for another place. The director actually told me I should have zero expectations of the bcbas superivisors getting back to me to help with problem behavior andor emergencies. If you want stable reliable experienced or just a place where you should be allowed to have expectations then stay away from aces.

Hi I wanted to reshare Rachel somethings post from 2 years ago Precovid. This is exactly how we feel. . Heartbroken.. for a lot of the same reasons. This company has really changed for the worst. We have had to part ways due to their negligence. We were led to believe theyd have our childrens best interest at heart. However little to none of our hours were covered and too many months went by with minimal coverage causing regression on my kids progress. Its heart breaking to know we trusted Aces and were ultimately disposable to them. Shame on you for the disservice you caused my children. This company has really changed for the worst. Every experience I have had with ACES has been amazing From in-home ABA and visits to the Irvine location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Steven was my in-home ABA therapist for a year and a half and the improvement with my son was incredible. So patient and really made a difference. If we need any help in the future I will 100 go back to ACES.

Update Giving them four stars now since the services started we have seen a significant improvement in our kid and we really like our case supervisor and therapists. ACES team has come up with a great plan and have really good engagement level and weekly cadence.Initially we had to wait for more than 6 months to get services hours as requested for our kid.
