They do nothing. Refuse to call themselves caseworkers I guess cause they do no work Dont make phone calls cant fill out important paperwork have 0 resources. Lazy as all hell. Dont care about you or your problems even when you beg them for more support. Disgusted by their lack of care. They are simply too irresponsible and unprofessional to truly help you. I dont feel like they would at all care if I died tomorrow.

We had a great experience with Access Services. Moira and her team reacted quickly and truly helped us. They provided grief counseling for our students during a very tough and challenging time for our school. I highly recommend Access Services.

We have gone through 4 different therapists in the last nine months. They are absolutely Horrible The therapist never show up then they quit after four or five weeks and you have to get a new one. None of them are experienced its a joke and were just waiting on another agency before we leave. Worst experience ever and I have 2 autistic children. One is low functioning- Dont use this agency

Working at Access has given me and many others the opportunity to help others especially children in need The foster care department goes above and beyond to advocate for our youth in placement settings by making sure they are most comfortable and gain lifelong bonds.

Run away Their toxic. Got worse and wasted six months of my time. In the beginning they were good then total downhill and disaster. They only THOUGHT they knew me. They tested me did not believe how hard I work on my mental health recovery.

I have a caseworker thru JRS Felicia and she is wonderful. I feel really comfortable with her and I almost have trust in her and JRS. I dont trust easily. The reason for the 4 stars and it was a struggle between 3 and 4 was because finally they actually helped me with something today. For a while I was getting really frusterated with JRS because my family was homeless for 2 years and prior caseworkers I had I feel did not properly help my family find a home. We found a home on our own and the least they could of done was find us proper resources to help us with first last andor security deposit but once again we had to move in by ourselves with no help. Not even proper help for furniture which left us nothing in our savings and now we are struggling paycheck to paycheck. I feel they couldve done better. So better training on all the resources in montgomery county is needed. But thanku for it least helping us find a resource to get a portion of our electric bill paid today. That really helped. I more so use my caseworker as a mobile therapist. Felicia is a great listener and gives great advice. Im gonna hold off and have some faith that things will get better with them because of how much i adore my caseworker. Their program means well and I have faith that they can do more to help us that have serious mental illness live independently away from jails and institutions and homelessness.New update Im on my 5th or 6th caseworker now and Ive been with JRS for over a year. Their employee turn around is too much and its hard to trust when you keep getting a new caseworker. I wish they could drive us to appointments or food pantrys or even local mental illness groups. Where I live we have no public transit and since getting SSDI I no longer have Medicaid but now i have medicare and transnet only takes medicaid clients. And since PA took my license because im prescribed a stimulant for ADHD I have no way of getting around and getting proper supports and services. JRS was supposed to help me become more Community oriented and help me not isolate however every time I come up with a service to them its no good because I cant get there. So basically our meetings at my house have been pointless and no help. I guess not their fault but they are supposed to help me find solutions so I can get better and join society. So even though Im not in jails or institutions in still being institutionalized just in my own home that I can barely afford. I am finally on the wait list for ACT so thats a plus. And I am supposed to get my license back this May but Im still prescribed a stimulant and I dont wamt to get another DUI for my prescribed medication and go to jail again nor do I want to violate probation so I probably wont drive ever again until laws change. My caseworker is now suggessting I get a recovery coach which sounds like a nice way to get rid of me. So Ill update in a few months.

Access Services honestly did virtually nothing to help me when suicidal and depressed other than try to sell me case management services that wasnt available when I really needed it. There were a couple times that I was suicidal but refused to talk to them. Honestly they are like talking to a car dealer when suicidal or boarderline suicidal. Fortunately I am not suicidal anymore but not thanks to this organization. A couple of the 5 star reviewers such as Brenda are employed with the agency as shown on their LinkedIn. But I liked their non-crisis Warmline but no longer can call them due to now living outside their service area.

My daughters paycheck has been in the mail several times during her term of employment with Access. Please consider carefully your decision to work here if youre doing it because you need to earn a living. I regret that I have to give even one star to this group.
