They dont clean your teeth and if your teeth are damaged they will tell you they are fine. I had damaged my teeth and they said youre fine go home and eat a donut I ended up at Rochester emergency clinic and their periodontal team after this visit. I dont recommend anyone to go there. Medicaid actually paid them for nothing I only put 1 star because I had to.

Worst place ever that I have ever absolutely ever dealt with. They never ever never answer the phone in the dental clinic. I have driven over an hour twice for appointments and both times they tell me the clinic is closed then they book me out another 5 months. I actually called the able to clinic number and they told me this morning that the clinic was open only for me to drive here to find out that they are not open. Constantly cancel your appointment and do not even call you. Would not ever recommend to anyone. They also do not return phone calls. They tell you that they called and left a message but never did.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and professional and my hygienist Leah and her assistant Im sorry I forgot her name but it might have been Tara went out of their way to accommodate me.. They were wonderful to deal with and I hope I have them again. For anyone curious this location is wheelchair accessible. The entrance is at the front left of the building and has an automatic door. There are steps outside but they are for a different part of the building. I didnt have to transfer from my chair but there is a hoyer lift and sling for that if necessary.

Able2 Dental demonstrated a total lack of concern for my disabled childs welfare. Extensive delays in responding to my insurance provider meant that he spent more than two months without critical care. As a child with serious difficulty eating and high choking risk this delay put him in danger. However as always services provided to the disabled are not scrutinized closely and the voiceless receive the worst care. And why would Able2 improve As one of the few places in the region that takes Medicaid and will work with disabled clients they know we have no other option.
