I give 1 star only because giving no stars is not an option. My wife has been trying to get speech therapy services started for our son for over 8 months. We have obviously hired a speech therapist elsewhere because it was necessary. But my wife is greatly disappointed as she had a fantastic speech therapist for our son who left the clinic he was at and that she tracked to this new clinic and was hoping to have help our son again. Turns out she was promoted and is a director now we are not surprised and are happy for her and were okay with being seen by one of the people shes trained while there. We keep trying to get someone to contact us back and no one does. So yeah terrible customer service.

AbilityPath is a unique and outstanding organization that provides a wide range of services to the special needs community. Our local community and state have been challenged with ever-present fiscal constraints that put many individuals with special needs at-risk of not receiving critically needed services. AbilityPath consistently rises to creatively and effectively meet these needs and expand its range of services despite these challenges.
