Terrible neighbors. They are inconsiderate of others. The employees use the front of our homes as their day parking lot and take up every space so we cant park in front of our own homes. At night after 9 pm their employees play loud music from their cars that we can hear with windows closed before they check in to work. We put up a no parking sign on the corner of our street because we cant see the vehicles flying down our hill. They park behind the sign constantly inhibiting our view of oncoming cars. They have been a nuisance since moving into our neighborhood.

UPDATE PART 2 of their lunacy. I was walking a dog down the driveway at Pomerance Park in Greenwich Western side of Pinetum. I checked for a car coming behind me and saw they were far back but approaching. I had a 20 ft leash on my dog and I started to gather it up to pull her toward me. It was an Abilis driver and she honked at me. As she passed I didnt yell but spoke just loudly enough that there was no need to honk. That female lost her mind. She started screaming at me and the elderly woman in the front passenger seat looked terrified. Her passengers mouth was wide open and she looked very scared. Poor woman The Abilis driver then screams she was going to video tape me. Okay. She harassed me screaming at me while video taping the the rest of the length of that driveway until we reached the parking area. So she was operating a vehicle with no regard pointing her phone at me I called Abilis and was given an attitude again. I asked if there would be any disciplinary action taken against the driver. There wasnt. She was there again a week later. Abilis does nor look into complaints. I wouldnt trust them to care for a 20 year old let alone the elderly. Shame on you AbilisFirst complaint They drive clients through Pomerance Park western side of Pinetum and they speed through there like maniacs. One driver almost hit my dog and I witnessed another driver honk at an elderly lady while she was walking through the open gate. You really want these drivers to transport your loved ones One day they will hit a child or dog going through there and I hope that doesnt happen. But if it does I hope they get sued. And every driver they have flies through the park with no respect for patrons or the people they are driving. But yet they drive super slow everywhere else and clog up traffic. I had a bad experience speaking to someone about this complaint. She started out nice but got nasty when I asked if the driver would be reprimanded. Unprofessional and dangerous on every level.

I know the CEO Amy. Terrific organization. Great mission. They run numerous library cafes in my area staffed by their clients. The food is excellent.
