My son receives therapy with Abacus since his autism diagnosis the improvement in all his behavior are impressive his academic development is also huge as a mother I could not be more grateful for all the therapist and BCBA from this wonderful company they are really advocate for their clients.

For me it was very interesting and productive very grateful for sharing such a valuable experience.

I recently reached out to Abacus Therapies seeking support for my 6 year old daughter and while they couldnt accommodate my insurance plan the experience was still incredibly positive. From the moment I dialed their number I was greeted by a lady whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression.Despite not being able to offer services she went above and beyond to provide guidance and support steering me towards alternative options that could better meet our needs. Her empathy and willingness to assist even in my situation where they did not take my insurance truly demonstrated the commitment of Abacus Therapies to supporting individuals and families.While I cant speak to the quality of their therapies firsthand based on this interaction alone I have no doubt that Abacus Therapies prioritizes customer care and goes the extra mile to ensure every individual receives the support and guidance they need. If their level of service over the phone is any indication I would wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to them for assistance.

The Abacus teams dedication to helping children succeed is amazing They create an environment where kids can genuinely be themselves and also grow. I highly recommend them to any parent seeking ABA Therapy for their child.

The worst ABA therapy center Ive ever encountered. Starts all the way up to one of the cofounders and trickles down to the terrible unprofessional of BCBAs and RBTs. Luckily we did have ONE RBT that was willing to learn and ended up being great. I moved on from this therapy place quickly for the sake of my mental health and my sons wellbeing.

I was inquiring about the company and told the young woman about our issues we had with our old company regarding how the company was unorganized and etc... she asked me what insurance I had and because my son has Medicaid and to me its been a great health insurance plan .. she proceeded to tell me thats why Im having the issues Im having when I clearly told her it was regarding complete other issues. I would definitely steer clear of this company when insurance obviously effects the way the company treats you and handles your case
