Hands down the best pediatrician. He genuinely cares about his patients and my whole family goes to him. He really takes the time with your child and has so much knowledge.

Denied my daughter healthcare service bc her older sister has a bill that shouldve been covered by insurance insurance said they will cover bill but need more time. Dr office could simply get a pre-authorization on the billing case which would clear the bill until the insurance funds hit to get my daughter seen but apparently thats too much work for her office staff to complete. So now my daughter with RSV has to remain ill unless seen elsewhere bc of a technical issue that the Dr office is too lazy to clear with a little bit of admin work. GREAT Doctor But subpar office staff

I have been taking my children to Millcreek Pediatrics for years. Dr MacFarlane pays attention to detail builds a good rapport with his patients and has great suggestions when it comes to their care. He makes it enjoyable for the children and speaks directly to them. It has pretty much been the same staff since we started going there. The nurses medical assistants and administrators are great. They always try to remain flexible never had a problem getting squeezed in for a sick appt. The nurses call you back in a timely manner and help keep the communication with the providers and patients easy.
