If I can give 100 stars I would this place is amazing my started 2 years ago and he wasnt talking much was having meltdowns after meltdowns wasnt understanding emotions yes they took forever to get my son in here but its worth the wait we love our speech and aba therapist and our case manger we are blessed with such caring people who is all about what best for my sons needs Great communication great service I recommend everyone to them

A New Leaf is full of people who really truly care about the people that they are helping The have policies and procedures that they absolutely have to follow in order to run BUT they are so so SO worth it. The longer we are here with them the more people I meet the more we love them. They are incredible people each and every single one of them. They go above and beyond for your family and children and I cant believe that so many wonderful people work in one place. This place is truly special and I am forever effected by all the wonderful people there and our experience

This is a disgusting and disorganized place stuff is all over the place not clean inside the which has bad smells no one seems to clean other than the cleaning crew at night and they barley clean too building A B C and the lack of confusing is unreal to many systems that people cant seem to understand how to use Toilets never working always having to call plumbing heat and ac is never working and seems like they just dont care. Will smile in your face which is fake. I do not recommend that this place at all in any way. Then people get outstanding balances and never has tried to collect but want you to make a miracle happen lol .Then they have a HIGH turnover rate which is out the window cant seem to keep great employeesThere are more better and cleaner places that will appreciate your service time and money so somewhere else stay far away from this place as possible STAY AWAY

I am so grateful that my daughter decided to get help for her son my grandson with this company here at New Leaf. My grandson can now ask certain questions ask for help talk in sentences learning his emotions he shares more an etc. The staff is amazing answers all our questions and concerns and gets back with us in a timely manner. I highly recommend New Leaf Therapeutic services to the world because there services are helping my grandson turn over a New leaf in his life and he loves his Therapists and that alone means everything to us. Seeing is believing and He is getting the help he needs. Get you a Tracy Amanda Morgan Emily Chandler Kyla and everyone else that has and is working with him. A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is doing just what they stand for and that is Turning over a New Leaf.

Called your office and spoke with a male receptionist and mocked me for being an Asian by changing his voice in a mocking manner. Please take action I was not able to acquire his name

5 Start for Supervisor Anna Macs and her Staff Krissa and before was Heather they have been extraordinary with Davian growth and developmental progress. Today I got the worse news that we no longer will have the privilege to have Miss. Anna with us any longer its truly a very sad day. New Leaf have lost a extraordinary gem

There was a referral put in for my daughter I explained to them the concern they said they did not service eating and swallowing issues. I go to their website and it clearly says exactly FeedingSwallowing Disorders. So I call back a lady said of course they do the person I spoke to was a new employee and didnt know. He would be calling me to schedule an initial appointment. Never got a call.I Called back to schedule hes still telling me they dont provide that service and he would call me back after speaking with whoever the female was. No call back.I am Removing the referral and trying another Therapy Office. My daughter could have been seen by now its been 3 weeks. Wasting my time.

Quoting another poster If someone takes the time out of their day and reaches out for help with a child is true. My experience is NOT parent friendly meaning they do not accept any other viewpoint. MAKE sure to ask how many years experience does the therapist have. I highly do NOT recommend.

Jenna Abrams was amazing but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of 5 for a session they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged 20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected. I have receipts from them stating I have paid in full but for the past two years have received a bill for over 300. I have consistently emailed and called forwarding their own emails stating I am paid in full back to them. I talked with Christine nearly 6 months ago and was told I actually overpaid and would be receiving a refund. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend Jenna Abrams but not their staff. They let mistakes go on for years. Update The issue has been fixed. I truly appreciate the sincere apologies from the parties involved. The issue was due to the billing company and they apologized for this long saga. I truly recommend Jenna Abrams.
