I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 24 years, specializing in counseling couples with relationship difficulties, individuals with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and anger, and those in need of life coaching strategies. I also work with families in conflict. My role is to help you formulate and achieve your goals. I use an eclectic approach, tailoring the methods I use to fit the needs of each client. I provide strategies for couples to reduce conflict, improve communication, and reconcile their differences.
