I always love coming to see Dr. Calkins. My questions are never left unanswered and all concerns are addressed. I also love the way Ms. Yulonda nurse interacts with my children. She makes the first interaction with the office so warm hearted and she is funny too Thank you for making each visit so comfortable and entertaining

I cant imagine taking my children to another office. The new location is beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly professional and understanding.

We are new to Westbrook. And I have to say They went above and beyond My son was a chickenpox exposure and was getting a fever and sore throat. I scheduled an appointment online on a Sunday night. I called in the morning to let them know about the exposure. Sandy was fantastic and gave us directions to callcome thru the backdoor. My mom had to take him to his appointment I have shingles. They were wonderful. The nurse even called me after to tell me his test results and ask about antibiotic preference. I am so happy with WestbrookAbsolutely recommend

Excellent pediatrician office. Has very good lactation support and was able to arrange for at home photo therapy treatment with a bili blanket for our newborn to allow us to avoid an admission. They go the extra mile for their patients.

I have been going to this doctors office since my eldest was about six or seven and shes now almost 23yrs old in Grad school at NYU. Ive never had any problems until today when my husband missed a tb reading for my youngest daughter today for a nursing program she was selected to attest the age of 15 due to her academics. When I found out he missed taking her I reached out to the on call doctor Katheryn Gradecki who was rude and not trying to be helpful at all. She didnt want to give me locations of urgent care clinics that may be able to complete the reading for us since the Westbrook pediatric office was closed. I just want to say people are human they forget things it wasnt on purpose and Im sorry if you had a bad holiday season or bad day but that doesnt give you the right to treat me how you treated me over the phone today. I still love this office I just wanted to let you know that you shouldnt treat people the way you did when they are only trying to be helped. You also then called back to say how much more you couldnt help by telling me not to waste my time going to an urgent care because they wouldnt be able to help us either. I would have just fanned it off as you having a bad day if you hadnt called back to do that why did I you do that God bless you.

Weve been with Westbrook Pediatrics for close to 9 years now. Ive never been hung up on by reception Ive always received a phone call back from a nurse the nurses nurse practitioners and doctors are all fantastic and weve seen just about everyone unfortunately. I would never hesitate to recommend the group and in particular Dr. Barb Calkins she is a gifted and kind pediatrician.
