Ill make this briefMultiple doctors are hours late for surgical appts.Admin up front gives out false information.The Nurse updating entire waiting room on multiple late doctors and their waiting times greatly underestimates time until procedures. Many people in the waiting room agreed with my assessment.Conclusion do not go there pick a place with concern for your time doctors are not gods and we shouldnt be waiting on them for surgical procedures.

Waited ove 4 hours for a simple procedure with no updates about how my wife is doing she waited 2 hours in waiting room two hours in prep room still with no update on if the doctor has started would not recommend.

Unprofessional staff there is no reason to EVER yell at patients that are coming out of anesthesia. Do not trust your loved ones care to these people

Went in for appointment for my mom had appt at 150 had a 2 hour delay finally took her at 350 waited back there for her to get prepped she still back there after 530 still not given procedure just gave it with prep have not even given her anesthesia for procedure would not recommend this place at all unless you have a 630 am appt nothing is even close to being on time.

Didnt coordinate well with my insurance company. Was told to pay way more then what my insurance told me I was obligated to pay....to the tune of 1100 more. I ended up having to cancel procedure and am now looking for another provider. Also doesnt take Care Credit.

I was in there today for my first colonoscopy and everyone was caring attentive and friendly. Rosalie I hope I spelled her name correctly was awesome Ive hadseveral procedures at LSC and they have always provided excellent care from checking in all the way to discharge. Thank you

Had an upper GI endoscopy here today and despite the negative reviews on google my experience was very positive. We arrived just after 6am and I was called back around 7ish for prep so not a hideous wait. My procedure was scheduled for about 745750 and they seemed right on schedule despite a very busy lobby. Another wait for awhile in prep but I was made very comfortable and staff was very nice and friendly. I was nervous over having anesthesia for the first time but staff was caring and very reassuring. Around 8am I was taken to the OR and again made comfortable. Once I was settled a mouth guard was put in place and thats all I remember Next thing I knew I was waking up back in the recovery area. I was spoken to briefly by Dr. Patel and then attended by another nurse and the anesthesia wore off quickly and a bit later was able to get dressed and be on my way. All told my entire time here was about 2 hours quick and literally painless from check in to check out. I have nothing bad to say and would likely choose this center again. Not sure about other peoples negative experiences but my own was wonderful and I have no complaints at all. Despite others complaining theyre horribly run or unorganized I did not feel the same.they seemed quick efficient and kind.

I was very impressed with the staffs from the front desk Financial Clerk Dr Garas the Anesthesiologist went beyond for me - polite and thoughtful the nurses were pleasant and caring. I had a lengthy wait time but at times that cant be controlled due to emergencies. Dr. Nwakakwa had good bedside manners. I am happy that my Procedure went smoothly. The overall staffs that I encountered were awesome

I must say my experience today was great The Surgery center communicated with me prior to the day of my procedure on two different occasions. Dr. Nzeakos office also contacted me twice to make sure I had all my questions answered prior to my procedure. I arrived at 730a.m. was registered within 5 minutes and in the back within 15 minutes. Im sure part of this is due to the fact that my doc was on time. I did wait about an hour once my consents were signed and IV started but honestly I was very pleased with the quiet atmosphere given there were multiple patients back there waiting as well. The anesthesiologist Dr. Galbraith introduced himself and was very kind and informative. My nurse Katie and nurse anesthetist Dez were both also kind and professIonal as well. Dr. Nzeako had a wonderful bedside manner and listened Overall I have nothing bad to say. For a procedure I was NOT looking forward to the experience could not have been better or more pleasant Thank you all

My husband was scheduled for surgery on a Wednesday. We never received a call to let us know when we needed to arrive so we called at 6pm on Tuesday night. I cant tell you how very caringcompassionate and helpful the staff was most especially Catherine Branch at the front desk. They couldnt find us in their schedule so Catherine took the time to call a number of offices to figure out what was going on. She even call Lakeland hospital to see if the doctor had changed the surgery location. Long story short is was the doctors office that made the mistake. Thankfully they were able to do the surgery on Wednesday.Every staff member here was caring and pleasant apologizing for the wait which they have NO control over.If I ever have to have surgery and can schedule it here I certainly will.Thank you
