Process is painfully slow and inefficient. Told the Rep I needed the test job to be close to me in Woodbridge but she scheduled my first one 45 minutes away in Manassas. Both Reps I dealt with seemed to not listen to my needs. Waste of time Horrible experience.

Getting the run around for 2months Getting told to contact person after person after person. Like they dont know their job.

I AM APPALLED AT THE RUN-AROUND I HAVE BEEN GETTING FROM DARS ON THE SIMPLEST OF ISSUES.

The implementation for change that Mrs Leticia resnick has made in the department of social service where and the department of aging where people are not able to get a hold people that was it. where as of now if theyre not able to get a hold of where a person theyre able to get a hold of their caseworker. I know the case workers caseload are high that if theyre able to talk to somebody that person is lucky. I will be forever grateful to the department of aging and Mrs resnick and anything I can do on behalf of your agency such as volunteering youve got my number when my health gets better thank you so much for everything

Thanking the department of aging specifically Leticia Rasnick. She was beyond exceptional. She went above beyond to make sure my grandmother Cynthia needs were met. My grandmother cant stop talking about her. We cant thank you enough. Keep up the great work

District manager did nothing to assist me over the phone.
