Care was okay but their billing department is atrocious. They incorrectly filed claims with my insurance company for 5 months then sent me a large invoice correcting their mistake for the entire 5 months and cancelled my upcoming appointment with a single days notice.

I am what my friends would describe to be one of the strongest people they know. Im smart. I work hard and I am financially stable. Im a small business owner. I have friends family and at one time I was married. I travel read and cook. It was a shock when my husband left me out of the blue for our yoga instructor. Somehow I slid from being stable and normal to being unbalanced with emotional pain so acute it was physically painful and sliding into suicidal thinking.Leah Posko nursed me back to health. It started with weekly sessions. We then went to every other week. Then monthly. After 2 12 years I felt stable enough on my own two feet to handle life. The reality of my situation was far more complex than my husband cheating and leaving me. With Leahs help I uncovered a self esteem issue and the effects of familial relationships on my marriage. I discovered I had a LOT to work on and Im so glad I did. I feel free and strong. I still see her on occasion for a tune up. Ive never met her in person. Always telehealth.She is very good at listening and then providing nuggets of wisdom that often got my thoughts moving in other healthier directions. Leah helped me see the freedom in divorce. She helped me create a path forward through encouragement and empowering me to take charge when I was ready.I dont think I would be here today without her. Thank you Leah.

Theyll charge you an appointment fee for a CONSULT and then automatically charge you again the next month even if you dont even go back. Ridiculous. Hard...

The worst place Ive ever been too Erica Young-Thompson is the worst therapist that Ive ever been to She doesnt return phone calls or emails when it is concerning YOUR plan and your health. I called the center multiple times and nothing was ever done On top of that she gave me my bill when I left and then I was mailed a separate bill that had a COMPLETELY different amount on it They are trying to scam and dont even return calls or emails Especially Erica Young I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went here in October for dr recommendations for a needed surgery completed here Nov 5th. To date still nothing has been sent to my doctor from here. Have called 5 times as of today asking them to forward them over as they are necessary and holding up my procedure. Even my doctor stated thats a LONG time notes should have been sent ..that was at the end of December. Making complaint to the licensing board Only saw this man 2 times yet he is billing for an additional service date of which I am unaware of and had the nerve to send me a past due notice on my portion . I owe zero and paid my co pay at time of service Contacted the office to inquire why he billed for a bogus date and was told oh thats the date he actually looked at the paperwork Told the office girl he cant do that He has to Bill for only the date I was there regardless of what date he decides to do his paperwork. Not good at all

I love the office the people. They make you feel at home . I love coming here. I would recommend coming here.
